Description of Work: Assessed LG side-by-side refrigerator which had stopped getting cold. In addition, the ice and water in the door had stopped working after move. Found out part that was broken in fridge cooling. Didn't have the part on his truck, but was able to locate on another service truck. Returned with part within few hours, installed part and found that there was a problem with the door and fixed which took care of the issue with water and ice in the door. Overall, very pleased with the outcome during this use. It was much less expensive to fix the issue than to replace the fridge.

Description of Work: Replaced some part but had to order it. Took 5 days to come in. Put in new part and had to come back in a few days later as the repairman did not put it in correctly. |I was told the 39.00 service call deal was the way to go and then the original repairman said he could not give me both my military discount and use the coupon and with the way their invoices are written, I have no idea what I paid for what. |I would really have to be in a bind to call them again.
