We would never want one of our customers to be disappointed. We pride ourselves in charging an amount that is fair, and we would never dream about overcharging any of our customers. We always make it a point to let our customers know that we have a $95 trip charge which we do waive if you accept the repair. In this case we decided to skip the regular repair rate and just charge you the diagnostic. We classify a repair as anytime that we go to a home and are able to solve the problem that you originally called for. In this case the unit was not working properly and we were able to repair the problem by switching it out of child lock mode. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it allows us to continue to become a better company.

Description of Work: Unsuccessfully attempted to repair a dryer issue. Technician said my thermostat went out. He replaced it and less than a week later the same issue started at which time the tech stated it was probably a dryer motor issue. He quoted me a new cost to repair the motor and at that point I decided to replace the old dryer with a new one to forego possibly throwing more money down the drain.

Description of Work: The rep determined the reason my rental oven was not operating correctly and ordered the parts he needed. He returned when the parts came in and it all happened independently of me which is wonderful. The tenant was contacted and time worked out when they could so it was handled professionally and without disturbing me.

Description of Work: Repaired clogged drain line in refrigerator. I had asked the technician to come get me once he was defrosting the clogged drain so that I could watch and better understand what was causing this recurring problem. He failed to do so, and so I can't say for sure what he actually did or how he did it. He also repaired a spring in the door. At first he said I would need to buy the entire door strip, but after further research, learned that just the spring could be replaced. This saved us money, which was good, but I didn't feel confident in his knowledge. In addition, I was not pleased to learn, firstly, that SoBella does not keep many parts in stock, which requires scheduling a second visit to actually perform work, and secondly, being asked to pay for the parts in advance. His explanation was customers in the past have ordered parts and then cancelled service, requiring the company to pay a re-stocking fee to return the part. This seems highly inefficient to me, and kind of shocking that he would share that information about customer service issues. And finally, my refrigerator problem returned within months from this service call.

We service several hundred customers a week and strive to give our customers the best customer service experience possible. Our work vehicles are stocked with many universal parts however there are some instances when we will have to order a part. Parts can take between 3-5 business days to arrive. We pride ourselves in providing a 5 year warranty on any new parts that we install as well as a 1 year labor warranty associated with our parts. In terms of part orders our company policy is that when we order a part we collect half of the amount up front and the other half of the amount once it is installed and working. We apologize if you felt that our technician did not comply with your request about calling you when he was performing the diagnostic. One of our representatives will be in touch with your shortly to answer any additional questions that you may have.

Description of Work: My washing machine was leaking and I needed to know whether I could fix/or buy new. Sobellas came the SAME day I get the service. Super friendly, helpful, and considerate. Booties on to protect flooring and gave me a definitive answer same day. I ended up buying new since my washer was 8 years old. The gentleman that came to the house was great! Good price and helpful.
