Description of Work: Dishwasher didn't work, but that was because the switch on the wall was off--we've never had a dishwasher with a switch on the wall and didn't realize that could have been the cause of our problem. The rep from this company did not identify that as issue either...the electrician we called at the recommendation of this person did. So, not a great experience.

Description of Work: They fixed my dryer and it took them at least two weeks to get the part. I wish they had told me how much they were going to charge because at that price,for a couple of hundred dollars more and I could have bought a new dryer. The dryer broke again two months later so we bought a new one.

Description of Work: My oven started working only sporadically, though the gas burners were fine. I used a special deal of $39 they advertised on Angie's list for them to come out and give me an estimate and apply the money toward repair. When the repairman arrived, it was working again. He was very knowledgeable about my Eureka range and felt that it was safe to use with all the safety protection built into it. He told me to call him when it went out again and he would come back at no charge. He did and ran tests that showed there was a problem with the outlet, for which I needed an electrician.

Description of Work: They were very nice and very informative. After once a week visits for three weeks and having discovered a new problem for the first issue each time was a bit much for me. I was initially told I would have to pay for the restocking fee of each part that was ordered, which was every part, they had nothing in stock, I said I didn't believe so. I was transferred to a manager who immediately apologized and said all my money would be refunded except for the Angies List amount.

Description of Work: Needed someone to look at our washer to determine whether it could be fixed. The person who answered the call was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was thorough and gave us options to consider as well as recommendations. The technician removed his shoes, was clean, neat and in a well marked van.
