Description of Work: According to repairman it would be $450 to repair our dryer and he charged us an outrageous fee of $95 to tell us that. I understand a normal fee is appropriate to cover gas and time but $95 is way too much. We ended up buying a $450 brand new Maytag at Lowes with a $100 5 yr Warranty, never again will i call So Bellas.

Description of Work: 187 dollars to replace a $7 floater on my swamp cooler. Its literally one screw to put on. My husband is away and I'm pregnant so cant climb on my roof to do it myself i had no other choice unless i wanted to pay the 95$ fee for them to just look at it. What a rip off. Will not be calling them for service again.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. Our trip charge and diagnostic fee is $95.00 which we do waive for you if you accept the repair. The diagnostic fee provides you with having one of our professional technicians who all are screened and certified examine your unit. In addition our parts come with a 5 year warranty and a 1 year labor warranty as well. Our prices are based on factors such as the parts, difficulty of the job and of course other factors pertaining to continuous training, etc. We will be emailing you a breakdown on our pricing and hope that you will give us another chance in the future. Description of Work: They repaired the heating element in my clothes dryer. Identified problems with prior repairs, and had to order parts. It ended up taking about a week longer than promised to get the part and have it installed - which for a dryer in a big family is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the repair went well, and is still working fine. Service provider was professional.

Description of Work: Dishwasher didn't work, but that was because the switch on the wall was off--we've never had a dishwasher with a switch on the wall and didn't realize that could have been the cause of our problem. The rep from this company did not identify that as issue either...the electrician we called at the recommendation of this person did. So, not a great experience.

Description of Work: They fixed my dryer and it took them at least two weeks to get the part. I wish they had told me how much they were going to charge because at that price,for a couple of hundred dollars more and I could have bought a new dryer. The dryer broke again two months later so we bought a new one.
