Description of Work: The technician was very prompt and courteous! He was very thorough in examining and diagnosing the problem of our washer not draining. They made sure the part was ordered and a week later made the final repairs and made sure and ran further tests on the washer to make sure everything was working properly!

I purchased a $39 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out okay. They charged me an additional $55 on top of the deal price. I assumed that what he did was what needed to be done so I paid the additional $55. They came out to do the work the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I had expected the price to be only $39.
Description of Work: I used SoBellas Appliance to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator. The service person told me we would have to defrost the refrigerator because something had frozen up. He used a hand-held heater to defrost certain areas of the freezer and it has been working a lot better without having to defrost the entire refrigerator.

Any additional work we would have to charge for using the $39 to apply to the labor. I hope our tech explained any additional charges before he actually did the work.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went beautifully. They were very helpful. They were prompt, courteous, and they accomplished the work. It took them longer than they thought, but they didn't charge us an extra penny.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. I’m not sure the problem is us but I’m not sure it’s their fault either. As far as the actual quality of the service call and follow up has been good. It’s been working for a while but it’s not now so I’m wondering if it’s something we did. They were pretty easy to work with and they followed up on things when they said they would.
Description of Work: SoBellas Appliance came out and inspected our appliances. We’ve been having problems with it overheating so he diagnosed it and replaced it with a burner.

Im sorry its not working again. I see we were out there on 8/14. Ill have someone from the office call you today to get you rescheduled our first available. Our parts have a 5 year warranty and our labor is 1 year. If its the same problem there will be no cost to you.

The technician who came to our home was full useful information for us and more than I have ever heard or expected. He was excellent in fixing my washing machine. There didn't end up being an issue with the machine at all, it was the way it was connected! He let us know how to go about connecting it and now it works very well.

It was fine. They were a little pricey. The problem with the refrigerator was just that it was dirty underneath. This was a rental property and hadn't been cleaned under there for awhile. If the price isn't so outrageous, I would use them again in the future.

Thank you very much for your business. Thanks for taking the time to give us a survey. As for the repairs on the fridge, I do see that the main no cool issue was indeed the dirty condenser. But we also replaced a shorted water valve assembly due to the water dispenser not working. The water valve replacement was a big part of the $270 cost not to mention the $20 in Uncle Sams tax. They provided us a rough cost estimate over the phone and they said they would go to the house the next day. They called 15 minutes ahead of time to confirm the appointment and they showed up punctually. They performed the required repairs quickly and the cost was actually less than what they had quoted. I highly appreciate when vendors show up on time.

Their service is excellent. They are very good. The thing is they are pretty expensive. I sent them an e-mail for a second job but it took weeks for them to get it so we ended up using a different company. When they fixed it, it kept breaking down so had to come back to fix it.

We are very new to Angies list and I was unaware that there was a message center within Angies list. Unfortunately they do not notify you when you get a message. Or at least we did not get any notification that I saw. I just happened to come across your message while playing around on the site. It was a month old, sorry :( When we get a review, Angies list is very good at letting us know, just not the messages. I only get on this site every couple weeks to check things out, so if you need anything from us in the future just call us directly because you do have a 5 year warranty on the previous repairs we performed. What stood out for me is their professionalism and promptness; when they said they will be there they will be there. They do same-day services. They are extremely good.
