SoBellas arrived promptly and punctual. The repairman performed a thorough check, disassembling parts of the washer. He could find no problems. The only part he did not check was the drum, which would have had to be removed and involved an expensive repair, and not worth the expense. He suggested we run vinegar and bleach through several wash cycles to clean any possible remaining dye. We did that and we have had no further problems. The repairman was very cooperative, professional, and helpful. I especially liked that he did not attempt to sell an unnecessary and expensive repair.

It went fine. He inspected my microwave and he did what he could. He was very pro and gave great suggestions.

Paul was very accommodating. Since I work, he was able to accommodate my schedule, called both times to let me know he was on the way, and was punctual (even early). I would definitely recommend this company and this technician.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The problem is that the water is so hard where I live that it is causing the residue to be left on my dishes. They said there is no dishwasher on the market that can get rid of that. They were very good and they told me to run vinegar through it regularly. They came out immediately. It kept happening so I called and they came out again the next day. They had a very good attitude and were not in a big hurry to get rid of me. They did their best. The price was great. Their advice was sound. They were very responsive and came right on time. They certainly seemed to know what they were talking about. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a $39 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out okay. They charged me an additional $55 on top of the deal price. I assumed that what he did was what needed to be done so I paid the additional $55. They came out to do the work the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I had expected the price to be only $39.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went beautifully. They were very helpful. They were prompt, courteous, and they accomplished the work. It took them longer than they thought, but they didn't charge us an extra penny.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. I’m not sure the problem is us but I’m not sure it’s their fault either. As far as the actual quality of the service call and follow up has been good. It’s been working for a while but it’s not now so I’m wondering if it’s something we did. They were pretty easy to work with and they followed up on things when they said they would.

The technician who came to our home was full useful information for us and more than I have ever heard or expected. He was excellent in fixing my washing machine. There didn't end up being an issue with the machine at all, it was the way it was connected! He let us know how to go about connecting it and now it works very well.

Repairs were done well and I haven't had any problems since.

It was fine. They were a little pricey. The problem with the refrigerator was just that it was dirty underneath. This was a rental property and hadn't been cleaned under there for awhile. If the price isn't so outrageous, I would use them again in the future.

They provided us a rough cost estimate over the phone and they said they would go to the house the next day. They called 15 minutes ahead of time to confirm the appointment and they showed up punctually. They performed the required repairs quickly and the cost was actually less than what they had quoted. I highly appreciate when vendors show up on time.

Their service is excellent. They are very good. The thing is they are pretty expensive. I sent them an e-mail for a second job but it took weeks for them to get it so we ended up using a different company. When they fixed it, it kept breaking down so had to come back to fix it.

On time, had the part in the truck and was quick to finish.

They were pretty good. They were reliable on the timings when we scheduled for them to come to our home, good to diagnose the problem, and pretty fast in repairing the appliance. They were reasonable too.

What stood out for me is their professionalism and promptness; when they said they will be there they will be there. They do same-day services. They are extremely good. They called afterwards and made sure that everything was good and satisfactory. They really did a good job. I would recommend them to anybody.

Communication was excellent, tech arrived on time and work was performed quickly and correctly.
