The first guy that came ran the washing machine and never saw it leak. It would only leak on the second rinse cycle, which is weird. He recommended cleaning out the dispensing tray with vinegar and we tried that and it didn't work. We called back and they sent another repairman at our convenience who thought the dispensing tray needed to be replaced. They ordered a new one and within a week it was replaced. No more leaks! Did an excellent job, great price. Would recommend again and again.

All in all this was a good experience. The customer service representative that scheduled my call was very courteous and was able to schedule a service call within one hour of my call. Amazing! The service rep called me prior to arriving and let me know his estimated ETA. Very professional service.

They were very good! I had them repair my microwave and I've had no issues since they did the work. They were also very professional! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. He did a great job explaining why the part went out.

There was free consultation to access what was going on.

6452 We are deciding on whether to buy or fix the washing machine. Yes we will definitely call again if we have any problems with our appliances, a/c. or heater. We were very pleased with the service man and the people at the office!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Very professional. The technician was extremely polite and explained the situation clearly. 2. The prices were reasonable and we expect to pay a decent price for good quality work. 3. The work was done expertly. They protected our floor and were meticulous about cleaning up afterwards. 4. The technician even pulled out the fridge and cleaned the coils in the back for us (no charge).

Really fast service, the next day SoBellas Appliance contacted me was when my appliance was fixed. The tech came right on time, 9am sharp, very friendly and quickly fixed my problem. I will use them in the future.

It took a while for the machine to emit the loud grinding groan that had us concerned. Due to "modern" appliances going through a long lasting "sensing" cycle. Fabian immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it - no parts needed. Total maybe 45 minutes.

Although the repair guy didn't get to us until the tail end of the work day, he got here before 5:00 as promised and took care of our refrigerator issue in about 20 minutes. He was very courteous and professional and we are glad to have the fridge fixed, since we're leaving town tomorrow. I was very pleased that we got an appointment the same day we called. Would definitely use them again.

This was a great experience. I will use them again. He (Paul??? I'm sad that I can't remember) explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable when asking clarifying questions. We now know why it happened and how to prevent it from reoccurring in the future. I really appreciated that he called me to let me know that he was working with other costumers and would be later than expected.

He was very courteous and patient because I had a lot of questions. I feel that he was very honest and upfront, and I appreciate not feeling like I was getting the run around. Very professional and punctual---a great representative for his company. Just a quick note: the customer service that I received from Joanne who scheduled the service was excellent as well. When we were getting quotes, they were the most responsive and competitive. They were always on time. They were neat and respectful. The service was completed in the said amount of time for the said amount of money. Would certainly recommend the service to others.

Technician knew what he was doing and was very professional. He looked up the parts on line on the spot so he knew what the costs would be. Didn't take long to replace the ice maker once he had the correct part. Water is still leaking so I think the drain line problem isn't completely fixed. I'm in the process of moving and haven't had time to call them to come back out.

Arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained to me what the problems were with both appliances and what needed to be done. Repair was done on the refrigerator at which point he discovered a leak that needed to be fixed by a plumber. It was a leak behind the refrigerator that we didn't even know about. He ordered the part for the dishwasher since it was the computer portion that needed to be replaced and he explained that there was a 5 year warranty. He suggested to me that I should defrost the freezer to see if it cleared up another leak that we originally called on to see if that cleared the problem. I appreciated that he didn't try and sell me a repair that may not even be necessary. I've since tried his suggestion and it cleared the problem leak up for about a week before it started again but at least we know that the leak is probably related to something else going on in the freezer. I will be calling them again to come out and take look.

Excellent. Was so impressed that I scheduled an appt today to fix my clothes dryer.

We called for a repair from SoBellas and a dispatch person promptly responded. We requested a Saturday appointment (Sept 30, 2013) and the serviceman was prompt, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the part that was needed so a return appt was set up for the installation. When the part arrived it was not correct, so the serviceman took our microwave to the shop with him in order to determine the exact part number needed and to then finish the repair when it arrived. On Oct 26th (approx 1 month later) he returned and installed the fully working microwave. We were very pleased with their service. It took nearly a month, but this was mostly in part that we requested a Saturday rather than a weekday appt. We would definately use them again. SoBellas keep in contact by email every step of the way as well as sending an online invoice. The price we were quoted is exactly what we paid.

The most prompt service I've ever had for a technician coming to my home. Literally within one hour of contacting them, the technician was in my home. He located problem quickly. He did need to order a part. It took 2 days for the part to come in just as the technician predicted. The company was quick to call me when the part came in and scheduled a time to complete the repair immediately. All the technicians were extremely professional and prompt. I will definitely use them again.

Brought the wrong part but made it work eventually. Door has been working OK since. Cost about double what I had anticipated.

The company was very responsive and had a qualified service representative come the same day as my call. The representative was very professional and kept me informed of what he was finding. In addition he gave me tips to improve the functioning and use of my washer and dryer.

Everything went well as far as I'm aware. I gave them the number of my tenants, and they went about scheduling an appointment and doing the work as promised.
