The technician was very professional. Definitely knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, I did not realize how much more (even with the Angie's list discount) the repair would be. I would caution anyone to first get a second opinion beore actually having the repair done by SoBellas Appliance.

Tech was very nice and courteous. Part had to be ordered but kept me informed every step of the way.

Although the unit could not be repaired since it was an R-12 unit we were very happy with the professionalism of the tech. I am very big on timeliness and they actually showed up 15 minutes early. Will definitely give them a call for any future work.

My tenant contacted me to report the refrigerator wasn't working properly. 1. Logged into angie's list found a deal. 2. Purchased deal. 3. Emailed business with the contact info and location of my rental property that evening. Contacted Sobellas midday. 4. They'd already scheduled an appt between 8 and 12 noon the next day. 5. Approximately 8:10 AM, contractor called me, provided diagnostic info in detail. 6. I approved the work which was completed once I hung up the phone and my receipt was emailed after the refrigerator repairs were completed a couple hours later. Awesome, awesome, service!

Contacted in the morning for a service call: refrigerator not cooling although freezer section was working just fine. Repair technician arrived mid-afternoon, quickly identified problem, and repaired appliance within an hour. Punctual, professional, and a reasonable price for the repair, Will definitely use again.

It went well. Paul determined the source of the leak. Recommended a repair and estimated the cost. Offered his thoughts on what to consider with the repair or purchasing new. He called ahead to announce when he would arrive. Arrived on time and was very professional.

I had to wait quite a while. He came out but it took him about ten days to get back and I had to call him several times. He came out and there was a part that had to be ordered and he said he'd have it within three days. I haven't heard back after a week so I called and they said that they still didn't have the part and that they had to try again. He left and there was a part that was not even put back in; I can probably do it myself when I get around to it. I wouldn't use them again. He did come on the time that he said he would come.

I will definitely call them again for all of my appliance maintenance. Since this was an Angie's list deal for $39.00 they did not charge me for anything else.

It was just fine and they were professional. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was good.

They were good. They did the repair on my rental property and they showed up when they were supposed to. The scheduling was really easy.

The provider answered the phone when called, scheduled a service call immediately and the next day a technician was at the house exactly as promised. He called one the way. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will call SoBellas every time I need help with one of my appliances. They are fantastic!! I have lived in many cities and find them to be among the best of the best!

The young man that showed up was punctual and professional looking. He introduced himself and asked me about the problem. He took the ice-maker apart and inspected the parts for any defects, he then informed me it was a water pressure problem and he adjusted the water to get the correct pressure. He also adjusted the ice-cube size because he said that could sometimes cause a clumping issue. He showed me how to adjust it in case the size wasn't to our liking. He finished up and volunteered to help me put the refrigerator back in place, because I had pulled it out before he arrived. A great experience overall.

The technician was prompt and very professional. He quickly determined the problem with the dishwasher, which was the motor. He took the time to look up replacement cost and informed me that the model of dishwasher I have is old and that a new motor would be an after-market motor. He looked up a motor that would replace the one in place and gave me the price. He agreed with me that it would require only a little more money to purchase a new dishwasher and that it didn't make sense to repair the old one. He was very helpful and I felt like I could trust his judgment.

Everything was great but the price. the technician was professional, polite, knowledgable...but was only there for 30 minutes, replaced a small part, and it cost over $250... this was a little high. I would use the again but will definitely ask the price before they fix it Not even sure that the $39 I paid for this coupon was even applied to cost of service..will check later. Update: I called company to ask about getting an itemized statement of costs and ask them if the $39 fee was deducted from the work. they said they would send me an itemized invoice. that was 4 weeks ago, I have received nothing as of 8-8 14

Happy with service continue to use them

John was extremely professional and found the problem right away. I was expecting major problems with both and he found minor problems before they led to major problems.

They shut down the wate under sink and broke the seal. I had wate all over my laundry Room for five days before it got so Bad I found out what happened, and had to get plumer to come out on a saturday to fix.

They did a good job. They accurately detected the issues and told us up front what the parts would cost. They took 2 trips: one to find out what the appliance needed and then the other trip to do the installation.

It was not good. They gave me an inflated price for a simple repair. They were at my house for about 25 minutes. I ended up using someone else to do the repair.

Called them for diagnostic on fixing my fridge. They were able to come out exactly the day I was available. Repairman was very thorough. Fixed the issue fast. Prompt. Courteous. Very Good. Would recommend.

The first guy that came ran the washing machine and never saw it leak. It would only leak on the second rinse cycle, which is weird. He recommended cleaning out the dispensing tray with vinegar and we tried that and it didn't work. We called back and they sent another repairman at our convenience who thought the dispensing tray needed to be replaced. They ordered a new one and within a week it was replaced. No more leaks! Did an excellent job, great price. Would recommend again and again.

All in all this was a good experience. The customer service representative that scheduled my call was very courteous and was able to schedule a service call within one hour of my call. Amazing! The service rep called me prior to arriving and let me know his estimated ETA. Very professional service.

They were very good! I had them repair my microwave and I've had no issues since they did the work. They were also very professional! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. He did a great job explaining why the part went out.
