It took at least 3 or 4 visit to satisfy me that the washer was working good with no Knocking sound. The repairman diagnosed the motor was bad. He had to inform someone in their company to make sure the motor assembly was bad. They replaced washer motor that had a circuit board that was defective. Plus some parts with rings on the agitator. To me at first it seemed to have some noise after repair. I called them twice after the washer was repaired to make sure the washer problem was resolved.

I said "no" to hiring them again because I have a low end washer and dryer. I don't believe $1000 washer and dryer pairs are any different than the low end equipment. For obvious repairs such as a slipped belt I can handle it. But for the expensive motor, I might as well just go buy a new machine. Between the labor and parts I beat the July Fourth sales by maybe $20, which was dumped into quarters at the laundromat while I was being stubborn about fixing it myself. A $350 new machine from Home Depot will last me another 5-10 years just fine with trading the hassle of going to get it instead of scheduling appointments and waiting on parts. Overall, good little company, but I won't need them in the future.

The serviceman explained that there was nothing seriously wrong with the range. He said that JennAir would not fix any of my complaints under warranty, which it is not. He did not try to find something to charge me for. I thought he was honest.

I paid the $39.00 for Sobellas to look at my dryer that was not working. They told me the fan blower was cracked & damaged & needed to be repaired so I agreed to have them repair my dryer. Sobellas purchased the part & had it mailed to my home. I read the invoice & the part was only $12.75 this was after I paid an additional $221.63 up front for part and repair. I decided that was more than I was willing to pay for what I perceived as a relatively easy and quick repair. So I called them & said charge me for the part & nothing else. I looked online & at a YouTube video showing me how to replace the part. When I attempted to do the repair myself I saw the fan, it was in perfect working order!! It was not cracked at all. It was a very easy and quick to repair and I don't do appliance repair for a living and it took me about 45 minutes. There was a metal band that holds the motor in balance that was loose nothing more. I snapped the band back on & everything was fine. They lied to me about a part being damaged.

This was the second time I've relied on SoBellas Appliance for repair service for my elderly parents (which I pay for). Once I called about the broken heating element in my Mom's oven, the had someone at her house within a couple hours. The part had to be ordered, but a technician came out once it arrived and installed it. I appreciate the quick service and the respect that was shown to my parents.

Didn't have to repair anything. Turned out the leak was from the drain. It needed clearing. Still the service was prompt and courteous. The repairman taught me how to listen to the water drain out so I could tell the difference between a clear drain and a partially clogged one. I received service the same day I called. I usually don't get that unless it's an emergency.

The technician was friendly and professional. I ended up not paying for additional service because he said the control panel would cost more than a new dishwasher. I was putting the house up for sale, so I didn't want to pay the additional cost. He said the dishwasher was in good working order.

TRIED TO REPAIR UNIT FIRST TO SAVE US MONEY BUT HAD TO ORDER NEW PART. TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ESTIMATED BY SERVICE PERSON BUT GOT IT REPAIRED AND IT WORKS WELL.

My 9 years old washing machine was leaking. I thought I would have to replace it but decided to take advantage of an Angieslist deal to have it checked out. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was only an easily replaced drain pump and that I could expect my machine to last a good deal longer. The repair person was prompt, pleasant and helpful. I would definitely call Sobellas for any future appliance repairs.

It went great! Came over quickly, assessed the situation in a matter of minutes, and rescheduled in another week to bring all the replacement parts. I always expect a house-call with replacments to cost $300 or more, but Sobella's fixed my fridge for under $200 all together!

The technician, Paul, was very professional and gentlemanly. He fixed the problem and encouraged me to call again if the problem occurred again.

I called SoBellas on Friday, October 10th because the appliance company I had previously been working with failed to fix the issue. To my pleasant surprise SoBellas sent a technician (John) that afternoon. He quickly reviewed our dryer and informed me that it could be one of two issues and would order the needed parts. The parts arrived, as promised, within three business days and SoBellas called to set a follow up appointment. Again, to my pleasant surprise it was the same technician who had originally been out to diagnose the problem. John was prompt and professional and gave me great confidence that he would fix the issue. Our dryer was up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival. I will absolutely call SoBellas again for any future needs.

A relay switch went out on my refrigerator. He was very efficient and answered all my questions. I would would definitely use them again in the future.

It went well the most part. The stove was quite good and the dish washer had a problem. The feed line was blocked and he figured out the problem. The dishwasher repair was great. They got the right part. They were good at calling and setting up an appointment. There were there when they said they would be. I went with them because they had good ratings and I was looking for somebody who could do decent appliance repairs. He was knowledgeable, responsive and straight forward. They called ahead of time. He was very professional.

We had a problem with it flooding a sub-drawer drain area and then freezing. The company responded to our inquiry promptly, and scheduled a tech very quickly. The tech was on time, was very professional, and diagnosed and located the issue right away. He explained how this problem was common in our model, and had been around for awhile; it had taken manufacturer a while to identify the problem, but now there was a fix for it. He implemented the fix, and all is perfect now. Great job overall.

I got this provider via Angie's List - one of their newfangled things where you just buy the service directly. I somehow got charged three times instead of just once, but that's a problem with Angie's List, I think. - not the provider. They don't answer calls or schedule service over the weekend, so I had to wait a few days before I could actually schedule service. On the scheduled day, the service provider called before 8AM (I work very late) to ask whether he could come early. I wasn't that thrilled about having to get up early, but it was nice to get it over with. The service was professional and effective, but I thought it was a little expensive.

Good! I had no issues at all. The technician was on time and he fixed the issue. They are great.

We are going to diagnose the issue before doing the repairs. The price was in line with that of other providers.

This company doesn't do repair for commercial.

SoBellas is open on Saturday. They diagnosed problem; paid 1/2 part cost to get part ordered. Refrige was inoperable in the interim,, so approximately 10 days later when part came in, tech tried to install but discovered there was an issue with that part, so a different part had to be ordered. Still without refrige. When new part came in, it worked. There were 2 different techs who worked the job. One seemed to know more than the other. Also, I proactively called them to follow up on the part arrival and scheduling subsequent appointments. I did not wait for them to call me. Being without a refrige is highly inconvenient - my family used a ice chests for the month it took for this repair to be finally complete. It was $600 for the part. I can't recall how much for labor. SoBellas had a direct connection to Samsung, which was nice to know. They called Samsung for tech support for the repair.

This went great. The service man went over both my washer and dryer (having trouble with both) and answered all my questions. I would hire them again.

Ordered the new part for me and had it installed within the week.

Sobellas was the contractor to repair our refrigerator through our home warranty. They were not the first contractor to work on the refrigerator. The first contractor made two visits before giving up and failing to fix the machine. Sobellas fixed the refrigerator in just one visit and it is still working well several months later. They were punctual and professional.

The technician showed up about 15 minutes early to their first appointment of the day and got to work right away. We had been smelling a faint scent of gas when we used both the oven and the stove burners and it turned out we had loose connections within the stove itself. They were contracted by our home warranty company, so were not our personal choice, but the technician did a great job. He was here about 30-45 minutes and then spent a few minutes explaining what it was that he had done to correct the issue. The cost was just our service fee so does not reflect the cost of his actual work. I hope we'll get Sobella's if we have any future issues with our appliances!

There were was good and on time. Cost was average for the repair. Kept me informed through the entire process. This is their second job for me and they will be who I call if I need appliance repair again.
