My 11 y/o dryer wouldn’t start. After two failed DIY attempts, it was time to call in the professionals. I was extremely impressed with the professional services rendered So Bella’s Home Services. John, repair technician, called to provide the exact time of his arrival. He was polite and educated me on his diagnostic and repair process. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was painless online, and I scheduled last night for today. Issac called this morning and gave me an ETA. He arrived on-time, got right to work, and had my dishwasher up and running in no time flat. Very professional. Love that they are a paperless company and it was all so simple. I'll happily use them again!

We had one of those high speed wash machines start to leak. Fairly standard diagnosis to look up on the internet. Sobellas provided an appraisal of around $400, $200 up front, after opening the machine up. Parts were ordered and he began installation. Halfway through he informed us that the machine was totaled, it would need about $900 in parts and advised against repair. This is a common outcome for these machines--the old ones just run for ever. However, after putting in all that work, Sobellas refunded about 1/2 the money, and I knew the remainder was the estimate cost and visit, which was fine. This repair (which was not done) was a good value and I would rate Sobellas very highly.

Waited 3 days, they stayed 4 minutes - spouse had removed motor to show what was not working - Said they will charge 200.00 to put motor back in ( without any changes) said they could not stay, were very busy and would need to return to perform diagnostics . I felt after waiting 2 days, they could have done SOMETHING !! Also did want to spend upwards of 200.00 for an old washer. Will not call again-was waste of time!

Isaac found the thermostat was faulty. He had to order a new one, so when it came in he came back and installed it. That fixed the regular oven setting, but it was still overheating on convection, so he came back today and found a short in the convection heater. That part is on order. Everyone at SoBella's has been very nice, efficient and easy to work with. I will use them again for appliance repair.

This experience has been horrible with SoBellas. The technician came out on Monday 12/3 and I find out on Friday 12/7 (after I called to follow up every day since Wednesday 12/5) that the part was delivered to the technician on Tuesday 12/4 and no one called me to schedule the repair work to be completed. This company clearly is incompetent and if I wasn't going to be billed the $95 diagnostic charge, I would go with another company. They take your money on day one and run! They are now stating the earliest they can come out is Monday 12/10 to finish their work. We will not be contacting them in the future.

Cost of repair would be almost double the price of purchasing a new machine. Needless to say, no repair completed. Will definitely call on them in the future.

He did a full inspection couldn't replicate the water leak, gave advice to run Vinegar through washer which I did. Unfortunately after the third load it is leaking again. The advise to change a valve would not fix the leak was more for error message and not leak through the door. Disappointed that he couldn't find the source of leak and it is leaking again.

Isaac was very professional and prompt. He tried to troubleshoot the problem, but could not find the source of the leak. SoBellas did charge us $95, but that cost is good for a month. We turned the water back on to the refrigerator and will wait to see if it happens again. We were pleased with the service and will use again.

This was my second time using this company, the first time was for my Oven, and this time for my Samsung Dryer. Isaac, the repair man was very nice and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the situation and had it repaired quickly. The total call was 95 dollars because no parts were required....great deal for this quality of service. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repaid needs.

Paul M checked the dryer completely; it was OK. He decided the dryer vent needed cleaning and referred me to Dryer Vent Wizard for that. After excellent service from Johnny Cochran and Cody in replacing the vent hose, the dryer works perfectly. Paul fixed the freezer defroster, and all is perfect now.

Repairman (Paul) called prior to coming out. Discussed problem and advised to try some remedies before coming to house. Paul's remedy corrected the problem. SoBellas is an excellent company to do business with. Very honest and customer focused

The technician, Paul, arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts (2 electronic boards), gave us a quote and then had the company follow up to inform us of the date of arrival of the parts. Paul came back the next week and installed the parts, checked the system thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. The service and competence could not have been better.

The technician arrived on time. He explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. He was courtesy and professional leaving the work area clean when he was finished. I would definitely use this service again.

Great! Same day service....on a holiday. Had to take dryer completely apart....took about 45 minutes to repair. Paul was friendly and professional. Will use this company again if needed.

When the repairman called, he asked a few questions and advised that it's probably the magnetron which would cost $250-350 to repair. I had already checked prices and can get a new one for $350 plus installation. So I thanked him and ordered a new one instead. This time I"ll get the extended warranty.

After being thoroughly dissatisfied with the other company, I contacted SoBellas. The person who took my call was courteous, informative, and had superior listening skills! Moreover, she advised that there was a technician "on call", and we scheduled a home visit within the hour. The service technician was prompt, exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, taking the time to thoroughly review our options for our 21-year-old wall oven. Truly an awesome experience. Wish I has picked them in the first place.
