Worker, Paul M. arrived as promised. Clean cut, very pleasant individual. Wore yellow booties while in my house. Cleaned my burners and adjusted them as needed. Explained warranty, which I decided not to take at the present time. Talked about other services Sobella's performs and I willl probably have business for them in spring regarding air conditioner..

It was alright. The price was ok. They used the deal for repairs. Everything was good. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

The technician, Paul, was very knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. I'd definitely use SoBellas again. I tried to get this oven fixed through a home warranty and it was a disaster. It took over a year and a half trying to haggle with the insurance company SoBellas fixed it as soon as the part arrived. Less than a week.

It went fine. They did the work a couple of days after I purchased the big deal. They stayed within the big deal for service but there were some parts. They came, got the job done and did a good job.

Job was performed on time and work was excellent.

Sobellas was the second appliance repairman I'd hired. The first just looked at things and offered ideas on what could be wrong, including that the part would be very expensive to replace on the fridge. But months later I decided to try again, and Paul quickly opened up the panel, showed me where a small plastic piece had come apart, which he said was very common, and he fixed it well right on the spot. He was quick and knowledgeable, and approachable, so I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others!

I thought that the over $300.00 cost to replace a circuit board was very high. That's almost the price of a new washer. The service was excellent, however the total repair was high. I would shop around before using them again because of the final price.

Based upon estimated cost of repair , decided to purchase new dryer.

It went well. They replaced a part on our microwave.

It was for my Kitchen Aide range for the burner. They weren’t lighting properly. It wasn’t good and they didn’t fix it. I still have a burner than won’t come on. I don’t feel that he knew what he was doing. I wouldn’t use them again in the future.

I have used a company called SoBellas Appliance. The service fee is 65 dollars but if you use them to replace or whatever then it is absorbed into the price, it is taken off of your estimate. I actually paid 500 dollars to have a service done. They were very professional, very punctual and the tech was really very professional. I was very happy with them and I actually called them for a friend as well. They were on time and their tech was very professional. The pricing, they were a little bit high.

It went fair. I had to replace the igniter myself, because they wanted too much money for it.

I have used this company before to diagnose and repair my refrigerator. This time two of the heating units were not working and they called when they were on their way like they said they would, they showed up when they said they would, they fixed the problem.. Both times I hve been impressed with them - they call when they say they will, show up when they say they will, fix the problem.Very professional and a pleasure to work with and I'll contiue to use them.

Bought an Angie's List deal for $39 that got you the service call fee and $39 towards repair costs. We were given a five hour window and was called about 20 minutes before repairman showed up. Our repairman was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. We were worried we were going to need a new washer, but it just needed some screws tightened. The cost wasn't that bad either. I would use them again.

The company contacted me promptly to set an appointment. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Based on the estimate and age of the washer, the repair was not cost effective. Had this not been the case, I would have completed the repair with SoBellas.

Provider came to fix the refrigerator water dispenser. We could hear the dispenser engaging but no water was coming out. The technician left our home not fixing the unit. He stated that he would need to order a new valve and that was the problem. Sobella ordered the new valve and about 2 weeks later came to install. Installed new valve and water dispenser still did not work. The technician said the water line was frozen but that indeed the valve needed to be replaced -- now I am not so sure. We think that all along it was simply a matter of defrosting the refrigerator (water line). As soon as this was done, everything was working fine. Quite an expensive bill for a simple defrost. Update 3-31-15 Fridge stopped dispensing water again (same problem we called SoBella's for). I did another defrost and water started working again. SoBella's has not offered to reimburse any expenses for the costly price of "fixing" a refrigerator that was never really broken. I will continue to post updates as the issue continues.

There had apparently been a recall on a circuit board of the stove top which we were not aware of, and the SoBella's repairman called Samsung and gave us the information to request the new circuit board (approximately $500) with no cost to us. Unfortunately, this was apparently not the cause of the two burners not working, and more repairs were required. Even though the replacement of the circuit board did not fix the problem, the replacement of the board hopefully will keep us from having any issues related to the old board.

One burner on my 15-year-old Whirlpool smooth-surface cooktop stopped working. I purchased a $39 deal for an appliance service call, with $39 going toward the total cost of repair. The company called to set up an appointment within 24 hours of my purchase of the deal; the appointment time was set between 8:00 - 12:00 on the following Monday. The technician called at 7:30 AM on Monday morning to say he was on the way, and would be at my house within 10 minutes. I thought the heating element had gone out, but the technician determined that the switch was the culprit. He did not have the exact part he needed to repair the switch, but ordered it on the spot and scheduled another appointment to install it. The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but the part itself was very expensive so the overall cost was in line with what it should cost. Overall I was very pleased with the service, and expect to be completely satisfied once the switch is installed.

This went really well and was excellent service. THey did very fast work and the technician was very knowledgable.

Technician John showed up - refrigerator was in garage as a back up box for nonessentials. Explained to him I had checked around for a used box to replace and cheapest I found in area was around $200. I had unplugged it previously to clean up - had frozen soda all over walls - he said right away that it was freezing things because the gaskets around edges were moldy and old and that was the cause for it freezing everything - due to air getting in?? I asked him if it was possible that it was thermostat instead, he replied it could be but also could be compressor and he couldn't diagnose it since I had unplugged it. I asked what he would charge me to replace thermostat anyway since I had bought one (for $45) and he said $189 minus the $39 I had already paid. I said never mind then and he asked if I had anyone to service my A/C and I realized he had never intended to work on my refrigerator at all, but only wanted new A/C business. I told him we were done. I had checked with Sears (is a Kenmore about 10-15 years old) and on line help sights - was told that 90% of time refrigerator is freezing like that - it is the thermostat, I will either have someone else come out and check it or try to chang thermostat myself. In my opinion, John does not know a lot about refrigerators. Will not call again

They couldn't fix it. They said the panel was out and it was going to cost nearly $300 to fix it. We ended up getting another dishwasher. They came out pretty quick. They were very much responsive. There were no extra charges. They were okay.

It was fine. It was quick. They were prompt and professional. The guy was respectful. They were efficient while they were there. He didn't waste time. He was able to give me quote before he left. The thing is they quoted us a much higher price than we were able to find else where.

Able to come out within a few days of initially calling. John, the repairman, showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. I felt at ease that he was honest and knowledgeable. Fixed my dryer within about 20 minutes. Charged what I felt was a fair price. I would recommend SoBella to anyone and definitely use them again.
