Was supposed to show-up between 1:00 and 5:00 PM and then changed it to 5:30 to 6:00 ...... but didn't arrive until 6:30 PM. Though called once regarding tardiness, was not responsive to maintain communication regarding delays. It took less than 10 minutes to troubleshoot and fix, but job, for work performed, was excessive. Though vent was identified as a probable cause, didn't resolve this problem, but left it to owner to resolve later. Will not use again.

After a feeble attempt to duplicate the problem, the repairman called Samsung (the manufacturer). After a few minutes on the phone, he told me the tub needed to be replaced and that Samsung would warranty the tub however, there would be a $300 installation fee. I asked him if it would fix the problem to which he said that he was not sure. He offered to tighten the tub for $100. I asked if it would help to which he replied he was not sure. I approved for him to tighten the tub and paid him for the service. My total expenses were approximately $140. I called Samsung and ordered the replacement tub and requested the repair company as the vendor to do the installation as I was instructed. I still have heard nothing from the repair company about receiving the replacement tub from Samsung or anything regarding a follow-up. I would never use this company for anything again. Oh, and by the way, he kept my flashlight.

I prepaid the service so the tech unlocked the door for us. I inquired how much it would cost to repair the rubber seal around the door (it fell out). The tech quoted us $179 but would allow the $39 prepaid fee to go towards it. I elected to not have the tech fix it. Later, a friend fixed it in about 10 minutes.

He discovered that the transmission needed replacing therefore we chose to not repair and buy new

They did a good job. I thought for the amount of time it took to fix was expensive, but I don't think anyone else would have charged less. He gave me a 15% discount by being an Angie's List member.

Everything went well, he came out on time. He gave me my options for repairing or replacing my washing machine. I have used them in the past and they always do a good job.

They came out the same day I purchased the Big Deal. I was very satisfied with the service. There was an additional charge on top of the $39 Big Deal just for having my machine fixed. The $39 was applied. Only one guy came out. He was on time and courteous. I was satisfied. Everything was good. Everything is working fine. My daughter-in-law thought it was a little expensive.

The repairman was very efficient, courteous and knew his stuff.

Assessed my washing my machine and recommended not repairing it because the cost of repair was more than the machine was worth. Old machine. I feel the price he quoted was a little high for what he would do.

It turned out well. He called me the next day and I set up an appointment. I paid more because there was additional work that had to be done. They were there on time and called me 30 minutes prior. The first technician who came out put booties on his feet but the second technician didn't do that but it wasn't a rainy day that day so there weren't any problems.

They arrived on time. Honored my coupon and were very helpful by offering tips for future issues.

It was okay. They fixed it. They came a week later I have purchased the big deal. I paid more than the $39n big deal because they had given me parts. The parts cost $200. They replaced the outside ice maker. It has been working perfect since they repaired it. They were good. They did everything they said they would do and what they were supposed to do.

The service worked out good. I like that they did not make me pay for something that I did not need. There was nothing I disliked.

the dishwasher door was bent out of shape, so it wouldn't close and run. Technician found it immediately. Smart, friendly guy, shows up on time. They follow up after the service to make sure we were taken care of. They are our "go to" service now for appliance repair. This is the 3rd time they've been out to our house.

Friday afternoon around 4:00 pm our dishwasher would not run because the latch on the door would not function to close. It was full of dirty dishes so I hurried to make some calls to hopefully get service as soon as possible. I got answering machines on all and by 5:00 pm when they all close, no one had returned my calls. So I was hoping I would hear from someone first thing Monday morning. Then on Saturday around noon, I decided to see if there were possibly any appliance repair companies that worked on Saturdays and low and behold I found SoBellas with an "A" rating on Angie's list, went to their website, and saw that they were open on Saturdays, 9:00 to 2:00. So I called them, expecting to get an appointment hopefully for Monday and was shocked when I was told some one could come out today no later than 6:00. In less than 1 hour, I got a call from John, the repairman, telling me he would arrive in 15 or 20 minutes, which he did. He was very nice and friendly, got right to work, and finished in about 30 minutes or less. We also got the 10% discount for being Angie's List members. Could not have been more pleased with service like this and SoBellas will be our "go to" appliance repair company from now on.

When I called in repair request, the rep told me about the diagnosis special available online for Angie's List members, so that saved me some cash. The technician determined the problem and fixed it on the spot. I was very pleased the repairs were done the same day. I've used SoBella Appliance before

They got the job done in less than on hour. The repairman seemed courteous and professional.

Everything went great. There were going to be additional costs of around $300.00, because it's a very old refrigerator.

Luis Osuna, the technician did a very professional analysis of the frig temperature problems that we were having and recommended the installation of a new thermostat. Because of the age of the frig, we opted to buy a new one instead of getting a repair on the old one.

Provider did not perform any work saying that oven temperatures typically vary widely. When asked how then the oven alerts when it's reached a prescribed temp if the temp is actually not correct, he shrugged his shoulders and said again that was typical.

They eventually came out. I think they made it on the day they said they would the first time. The gentleman fixed it. But I told him that it was doing something, but he felt it was the motor. I said "It was going to cause a problem and you better be absolutely sure." He said he was. He order the parts and it took a while for them to get in. He came out and put it in. It was suppose to function from that point on. But it kept doing something that had been part of my initial complaint. I called him up and it took him another week to come out. They're always pretty busy, it takes a week every time. I told him I wasn't paying labor or service charges because I'd told them exactly what my dishwasher had been doing initially. I paid him the $89 for the new part. It was suppose to be in a week later. It didn't come in, but shipped to California instead. It was Fed-Ex'ed, and we finally go the part. It finally works the way it should. But it took several trips to get it fixed, even though I told him initially. I don't know if he didn't listen to me or what. But when he came out, he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. I don't know if he just wanted another service charge. I'm not saying that's what happened, but it appears that it was so. I already had an appointment for a Tuesday to have the part installed. They called me and said they needed to make an appointment. I had to call back and luckily was able to get the same day I originally scheduled. The first time he came out, he left a ground wire exposed. I didn't catch it at first. I have a two drawer dishwasher. When he put the face back on the top drawer, he didn't reattach the ground wire. When he eventually came back the valve replacement, he reattched the ground wire. I would use them again because they were the only ones I could find that would service my dishwasher: Fisher Paykel.
