They did what they were supposed to do. Assessed the problem, provided a solution, and presented the cost. Although I did not agree to the cost, they did exactly what I wanted them to do.

Professional service. Diagnosed the problem with the dryer and ordered the needed part. Returned a week later when the part came in to install it.

After an awful experience with another local appliance repair business I called SoBellas - El Paso, TX which also services Las Cruces, NM. I wish I had contacted SoBellas from the onset. SoBellas is extremely professional and organized and did the work promptly and completely. One of the best experiences I've had with any business operating in Las Cruces. From the initial call, to setting and keeping their appointment (they will call you when they are on the way), to completing the work, you will be hard pressed to find a better service I think. ,

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. They have been to my house 5 times and my dishwasher is still not repaired. The wrong parts have been ordered, the appointments were not kept. They claim they did not receive the order from GE services. After 4 weeks now, and over 30 hours of waiting on them, I still have no dishwasher and they are unwilling to make a special trip. Here is a synopsis: 1st appointment: No show 2nd appt: checked dishwasher and ordered part. 3rd appt: Wrong parts ordered (parts took almost a week) said would rush parts, still took a week. 4th appt: Parts did not work. Said they would rush the parts. Still took a week 5th appt: dishwasher worked for 1 day. Called GE and they setup another appointment. coming.6th appt: No show, say I am not on list. Will to come today and it will be another 5 days before . note: this is a warranty repair.

The service went fair. He told me to go to the hardware store and get flexible ducting. I did that but that was the wrong kind of ducting. He said he would go and get the right kind, which he never did. So he never really finished the job. I'm using the original ducting the way it is and didn't follow up with him at all. His father passed away in the middle of this repair way so that could be one reason he sort of forgot about me. The work he did was fine. He did the best he could.

They did a good job. Their price was kind of high.

We purchased a $39 service call. The provider was polite and prompt. In the end, we opted to buy a new range rather than spend the money to fix the broken one.

Paul came out on June 2, to diagnose my dishwasher's problem. It turned out to be a problem with the inlet valve not closing properly, and causing water to not drain, which resulted in water leaking out of dishwasher onto kitchen floor. The tub gasket was also worn and needed replacing. Paul ordered the parts and when they came in, I was notified promptly. We scheduled a day and time that was good for me, and Paul came back out to install the new parts. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly check the dishwasher, after the new parts were installed, to make sure everything was working fine... with no leaks and no other problems. Paul also answered any questions I had. I am very happy with this company, and will gladly use them again. They let me pay half-down ($103.55) when Paul ordered the parts, and the other half when the repair was completed. This worked out well for me, and I highly recommend SoBella's Home Services.

This is the second time I've used them and they were great. Were able to come out and diagnose quickly. The parts took a little longer than initially expected, but they schedule a repair visit as soon as they came in. Technicians was very courteous and knowledgeable. Solved the problem and no more build-up! The dryer repair went well and haven't had any problems since.

I called and made an appointment to repair a gas stove oven. The man making the appointment told me that the service call was $79, but agreed that the $39 Big Deal could be used for this. After making the appointment, I immediately went to Angies List to buy the Big Deal and the Big Deal had been discontinued, while saying the offer was good for 6 more days. The purchase button was greyed out, so I could not buy it. .A call to Angies List confirmed that vendors can deactivate any discount whenever they wish.Examined and diagnosed problem with g SoBella's called before they came and the 2 service techs were prompt and courteous. They arrived in a Rental Car van. They told me the oven ignitor was not getting power and they would have to order the part. The repair would be $255 and they required payment of at least half before they would order the part, which should take at least 4 days. I opted to not pay for service and parts that I had not received. I will call someone else to repair. They charged me $85 for a service call, saying that included the 10% Angies List discount.. They were unable to give me a receipt for the payment, but said they would email it to me, and had me sign on a computer screen. Apparently, they do everything with a computer tablet, so they do not give paper receipts for money paid.

The technician immediately recognized and solved the problem.

He checked to make sure the dryer was heating up (it was). Determined that the dryer vent needs to be cleaned. However, I have a 2 story house and my dryer vent goes up to the roof. He did not have the equipment to clean the vent, so I really feel like I paid for nothing as now I need to call someone else to clean it. The guy was nice and did all he could do, but they need to get the right equipment to be able to do a complete job.

Refrigerator shut down. Once they got the part, promptly repaired the refrigerator.

I had a recent issue with my washing machine, and as someone who can usually diagnose and fix problems myself, I was stumped when nothing I did worked. I had to swallow my pride and ask for help. I looked up SoBellas and saw that they had a great rating and recieved equally great feedback on Angie's List. They arrived within the appointment window and were very quickly able to diagnose my washing machine problem. They provided a very thorough explanation of the problem in person to my wife, and were able to relay the information to me over the phone. They laid out the various repair options very professionally and without a high pressure sale. We saved money with our repair options, and the washing machine is working great! I will absolutely look to SoBellas the next time I have a problem that I am unable to handle.

It was great because I had an appointment for 1-5 in the afternoon and then had to be gone from 2-4. Instead of rescheduling for another day they pushed my appointment to after four and resolved my problem on the scheduled day. Very much appreciated. There were no parts required and the tech fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He gave me the price to fix oven before doing the repair. The $39.00 deal was deducted from the overall cost of repair of $159.00. Not too bad a price but not that great a deal since no parts were necessary. Nevertheless glad that the oven could be repaired.

The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote for repair. This was very valuable information. I must confess that instead of having him back with the part which would have been over $300, I looked up the replacement procedure on YouTube. The fix was easy as pie and the part cost was less than $75.00 on Amazon. So, it's turned out to be a win-win. The tech only here for less than 15 minutes and I was able to fix it myself using his diagnosis with a tutorial from YouTube... saving me over $200 bucks! :-) I feel like a smartypants.

They did a fantastic job. I was really happy. Specifically I have Viking appliances and I asked who could service them and I normally had to look for the warranty and things like that. I only had a 3-year old Viking dishwasher that was not working and the gentleman went out and he was really honest. He said we can either change the component because I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one or he could fix it. It was the component that closed up that actually created the reaction to the sensory part of the dishwasher. He told me he could fix it to the point right now and we'll see how long it lasts or put a new component in which is about $500. His recommendation was to let him try to fix it and will charge me $80 and we'll see it from there so it has been fine. Everything is fixed. He was very professional from the time that I called up to get the service. He followed up on the call and then verified. I told him it was very difficult for me to be just there from 1-5 and then he narrowed down the time. He let me know that they would call me first ahead of time to make sure that I had time to run home.

I purchased the $39 special for Paul or SoBellas to come out and look at my dryer and tell me what was wrong. In 5 minutes, he had it running! But, that was temporary, at best. He showed me that he pulled out the starter button, and then pushed it back in, and that had the drying operating. But, that certainly is not a "fix" because who knows how long that would have lasted. Unfortunately, he did not have the part with him, and had to order it. He came back Memorial Day morning and installed it, and all is well. That cost $154.

All went well. Serviceman was punctual and professional. I initially thought a part would have to be ordered but was pleasantly surprised when he told me he he the part in his truck and could replace it immediately.

The technician who came was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. My service was on a Monday. What I didn't realize when I chose this company is that they are not based out of San Antonio, but rather El Paso. The part I needed was not on this truck so it had to be ordered. I had to call on Friday to ask about the part and it turned out to be on the truck althought they had not called me. They were able to fit me in and repair my machine on Friday. I was happy with the end result, but felt that the timeframe might have been different if I had used a local company with more local supplies.

It went very well and there aren't any more details than those provided in the preceding pane.

Great experience. Highly recommend. Called to schedule and while we were on the phone, someone called to cancel. So they came out the same day. Technician arrived on time, and was very polite. He explained everything to me once diagnosed and showed me the bad part once removed and pricing had been discussed. He replaced the control board on the fridge and the bad part had a burn mark on it. It was not cheap, but still less than a new fridge and not their fault. Top-notch service and I will certainly use them again in the future. Fridge has been working great since.

Signed up for regular maintenance on 5 appliances for a year for 222.05 which lowered cost of the repair today.

. The tech was courteous and very polite. He explained everything clearly and worked quickly dispite having my curious 4 year old grandson "helping".
