They arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. They were very professional and personable in all communications. They were informative about the issues and clear about their opinion about how best to remedy the situation. They cleaned the area well after their work was completed and took the time to talk me through all that they had done and the details of the new faucet.

We called them for a seal on the freeze door that would not seal on the fridge. When the tech got out there he was there for 5 minutes and said I dont see anything wrong, it just this box. I explained that it has been bad long before the that bow got there. BTW the box was about 9" x 9" x 3". He then went outside for 10 minutes or so, came back in and said someone ( not there) told him that the seal was dried out and he just needed to heat it up with a blow dryer. So my fridge is still not sealing. To the company defense, I did not call them to have them come back out. I am pretty confident that the dont have the experience to fix my issue. This was an Angie's list deal and it took them weeks to respond, after two weeks and three messages they did.

Tech came on service call. Dishwasher was unattached (underneath) to counter or to surrounding cabinets. Screws / bolts holding it in were missing (I'm a new homeowner, and this was simply the condition of the unit). The made dishwasher wobble and rattle while running. Tech came on $39 deal but said he couldn't re-attach to counter because there were no bolt holes. I had to show them that they indeed existing. He proceeded to charge another $120 or so to simply re-attach with bolts from truck. Took about 20 minutes. Now door doesn't close without slamming, hard. Not the best experience.

They do not work on saturday like most providers you have .so i paid for a service i never recieved. I will not visit angies list agian.

The technicians were punctual, fixed all 3 issues within 30 mins, ordered parts I could install myself and very professional.

Well the end result was very good. It's just that it took a bit longer than I expected. I think I had to do it all through the internet. There wasn't any telephone call or anything. I thought I explained it very clearly. I guess maybe they wanted to see things for themselves because, you know, he came out and did it, diagnosed the same thing that I written down. Then he said the item would take a week to come, he had to order it and it would take a week. Well when he came here with the part I saw where he ordered it, I think he ordered it probably while he was here and it arrived to him the next day and it took a week for them to come to put it in. I just thought that was a long time. He said do you want to pay for a special order or do you want the regular time. Well I said the regular time but I forget how much extra he was going to charge. Then I saw that the item was ordered and he received it and I did not order that. The service he seemed to really know what he was doing. It was put in and we haven't had any problems since then.

I purchased the Big Deal for appliance repair for $39 because I love this company and have dealt with them in the past. I have a front-load washing machine on a pedestal that has started "walking across the room" whenever I wash a couple towels or blue jeans. I've heard this can be a problem with using pedestals, and it is true, but I thought a professional leveling would buy me some time as the washer/dryer pair is only 8 years old. The repairman (I think his name was Tim) was a super guy and gave my washer a thorough check-up. It seems leveling is the least of my problems as there is a cracked part inside and other smaller problems. He advised me that it could be repaired, but wouldn't be worth the expense -- I appreciated the honesty. Just for fun, he drew up an estimate and it would be over $1,300 in parts and labor to repair. I'm of an age where washers/dryers lasted at least 20 years, but nowadays he said 8-10 years is more realistic. He said I can still use my washer for now, but it will eventually die a loud, horrible death. He was very helpful in recommending brands and styles for when I do have to replace it. That finished, I asked him to look at my freezer door handle (loose) and the drawer under the stove (off its track and I couldn't fix it myself) and told him I would certainly pay for the extra work. Both are as good as new now, and he advised me not to put too much weight in both drawers -- the freezer and the stove. The only reason I gave them a B in "Professionalism" is that I asked them to please remove my mother's phone number from the "Contact" numbers on my account because she passed away in July and I would not be needing them to fix items at her home (that I paid for) any longer. I was told something about having to keep it on file... Well, I happened to be at my Mom's old house cleaning out some things and checked the answering machine and there was a message from SoBellas HER phone about MY pending appointment for the washing machine! What could be so difficult about removing a phone number? All in all, I love this company and every time I see a Big Deal ad for them, I purchase it because there's always some little thing that needs attention in my home.

Paul McAuliffe came to check on my freezer which was frosting and not making ice. He was prompt efficient and explained what the problem was and my options. No pressure whatsoever to purchase additional services. I was very impressed with this company and will use them again.

Unfortunately, they never followed up with me to schedule, so I had to cancel the deal.

Perfect. The customer service is awesome from the initial phone call to the service in my home. They were able to come the next day, told me what the problem was, gave me two options, fixed my problem and I am very happy. The tech answered all of my questions, spent time with me teaching me some things I didn't know and needed to do. It was a great experience.

Technician inspected refrigerator for inadequate cooling, identified dirty compressor coil, explained the necessary solution, and proceeded to clean the coil. The work was done promptly and professionally, and this solved the problem. Now I keep a refrigerator thermometer in place to better monitor my cooling temperature.

First proposal was to clean a thermocouple that looked dirty. This was done and oven re-assembled and seemed to function. Second proposal was to find a replacement thermocouple if possible since range is not common in El Paso. Since the quick clean seemed to do the job, it was left that we would try and find a replacement thermocouple only if the problem resurface.

It went great. As noted above, just good service.

I moved to San Antonio this year and work long hours as a military physician so when problems occur with the house I rely on honest service people to assist me with repairs. I chose Sobellas based on Angies list reviews but when I found out that I was charged the full diagnosis fee for a fully operational fridge after it turned out the problem with it self resolved, I was very disappointed. I understand the inconvenience of coming to a repair and not needing to do anything but I also respect honesty and good faith and charging 85 dollars to just come out and not do anything is technically right but ethically wrong. They arrived late as well as there is typically traffic in the area despite giving us a four hour window to arrive. I was contacted by a representative from the company later to discuss my experience and the person who contacted me listened to my concerns and was much more receptive. I appreciate good customer service and am glad someone was willing to follow up and discuss my concerns.

Nice enough. Simple & quick issue that I'd already identified, but needed a professional to fix. Still very expensive beyond just the cost of the part. It was an alarming amount for the part and amount of labor. I think it may have actually been more than $300, but cant recall exactly so did a median range of what I can recall. The special seemed to have no impact. I also inquired about recommendations for the squeaking sound my dryer is making and, instead of honest recommendations on things it may be to try on my own before I actually spent hundreds once again for a simple fix, I was told that was a different issue & I could call them out in the future for a fee once again. Seemed like they were intent on taking my money, not so much on being a long-term service partner that actually cared.

I was so pleased that when I called Sobella's they said that they could send a technician out the same afternoon I called. My freezer door was not closing and I was anxious to have it repaired as quickly as possible. When I hung up, I barely had time to empty the contents of the freezer and wipe it clean when the technician called to say he was on his way. Paul arrived with booties on his shoes (thank you!) so that he wouldn't track in dirt, and promptly fixed the problem. He is a very nice young man and we had a pleasant conversation. Bonus, my dog hardly made a peep while Paul was in the house. My dog takes her job as guard dog very seriously, and she usually barks non-stop when any contractor is in the house, but she seemed to pick up that Paul is a good guy and was very quiet in her kennel! The price seemed high, but I was just happy to get it fixed. I will definitely call them again.

John the the tech who came to the house provided the best service i have ever received from any company on Angie's List. They are now on my speed dial for any issue i have!

1. I originally snet a service request through Angies List. They sent me an email within 2 hours of their opening for me to contact them with additional information. The idividual that answered the phone was extermely firnedly and professional. 2. The service was scheduled for the same day. Mr. John Lopez, the repair specialist, contacted my wife to announce his actual arrival. He was there in an extremely timely manner. 3. Mr. Lopez was etremely professional, and explained what he found, and what was required, to repqir the refrigerator. He then carried out the repairs, restoring my refrigerator to full service in a short time. Hats off to a very professional and helpful crew!

Overall we were happy with the repair. Our technician did say that we needed an electrician to make sure the breaker was working properly because he could not get an accurate reading of the electricity going to the refrigerator. This costed us an additional fee with another company and delayed the repair. The electrician performed the same test as SoBellas and could not find any problems. I feel that this electrician was not necessary. Once we had the electrician's report, SoBellas ordered our part and completed the repair as soon as it came in- it took about 5 business days.

Went well. Refrigerator is fixed but did not put the freezer pieces back together.

Would totally use them again.

The service turned out alright. It was not that great. They came out within a week after I purchased the Big Deal and there were additional charges to the $39 Big Deal. They had to do more work out there, some replacing of equipment. I paid like an additional $200. That was my first time to use them. I like that they were timely. I did not like that I had to call them back once they ordered the part. They did not notify me that the part was going to take longer than when they had told me originally and then, I thought the cost was a little excessive. My ice maker is still working so I guess the quality of work was fine. I think he was there on time when he said he was. The guy was a pretty good guy. I would probably not use them again in the future.

My experience worked out fine. They came out and determined the icemaker itself was what was wrong. They ordered the parts and a few days later they came out and installed it. They were prompt and courteous.

I used his estimate to state my case for a warrantee service call. His diagnosis was fairly accurate and I was able to get LG to replace the motor and drums. I had to pay LG for the labor and he was right, it took about 2-3 weeks for LG to finally fix my washer, but it was worth the wait. The $800 repair cost me $200 since the motor was under warrantee. I am glad I got an independent opinion. They seemed knowledgeable and reasonable. His estimate and the LG repairman's estimate was fairly close.
