I'm a repeat customer for oven repair. Knowing they have a repair specialist, Paul, I trust them to repair the problem. First, I called to ask if this is a problem they couldn't even diagnose because the oven door was locked closed. No sense in coming out if they can't open the door. I was deciding on replace vs. repair. Phone rep assured me a tech could open door. I purchased an Angie's List deal for a (discounted) diagnosis fee for appliance repair. online then called back for an appointment. Phone rep extremely friendly. Next, tech came out (not Paul), couldn't open door; diagnosed problem based upon assumptions. I was not satisfied with service; I wanted tech to get inside the oven and conduct a true diagnosis. I asked Sobella for Paul to DX. He had been out that day. Second appointment, Paul couldn't get oven open. He called GE for support. He based diagnosis upon the same assumption. I trust him because of his expertise. I ordered part. It took a week to come in. Third appointment to install part. Getting door open required physical force; I had to assume liability for any damages; I was willing to take that chance. Paul got it opened. He called GE for support. Parts replaced. Oven tested. Issue resolved. Paul is the sole reason I patronize Sobella because he's an expert. He's repaired my oven and refridge and washing machine. The entire process took 2 weeks. Going without an oven for 2 weeks is highly inconvenient.

I was not very pleased with the scheduling of the service call. Originally I was told that I would need to allow for a four hour window for the technician to arrive. I called at least a week in advance and wanted the service on a particular day when I would be home in the morning. When I told the representative that I could not schedule that much time, and requested the first appointment of the day, I was told that the technician would be there by 9:00 am. At 9:15 am the day of the scheduled appointment, I called and spoke to the same representative who told me that she did not say the tech would be there at 9:00 am, but she would try to have him there at 9:00 am, and my appointment window was between 9:00 and 1:00 pm. That was not what she said when I first called to make the appointment as I had told her at that time I could not abide by that! Fortunately, I had other services being performed that day and when the technician arrived closer to 11:00 am, (first appointment of the day????) he started work immediately. I was pleased with the work the technician performed (replacing a disconnected wire) and he assisted me with jerry-rigging the actuator for the oven light. The part was no longer available to replace, so the work-around was the only solution we could devise. Overall, I would utilize this service provider again, but was not pleased with the representative that scheduled the appointment. She simply told me what I wanted to hear so that I would make the appointment and get off the phone. Had I been aware that they would only schedule a four hour window I would have called another provider.

I never was able to use this service before the experation date. so I purchased it for nothing since I lost out on the money spent.

I have not used Sobella for A/C repair, but for appliance repair they have been excellent.

Everything was fine. They found out what was wrong with it.

I paid $39 for a coupon which entitled me to $39 off the service call and $39 off the repair. The repairman arrived and repaired the oven, but the cost of the labor was $299 and the company website advertised free service call if the repair was done so they refused to credit the $39 toward the labor for the repair. So I paid $39 for a coupon worth $39 . The repair was done, but I thought almost $300 was very expensive for the labor (this did not include the part) and I feel they did not really honor the coupon.

Honest and courteous technician found simple problem in wiring. No parts requires, only service call charge.

Found item blocking water flow.

They came and looked at the thing, but they weren't able to repair it. They were very nice. The part wasn't available. I've been waiting for the part for a couple of months. I didn't pay anything extra. They didn't come in at their original time. But they did let me know that they were going to be a little late.

We ended up not using them because their price was kind of high. The price of the Big Deal was fine. They came out right away when I called them.

John showed up on time and fixed our problem quickly. Would use again.

Thing did not go to good the first time. The first guy came out and broke our dishwasher even worse. The guy who knew how to fix it came out and did the part for free and they gave us the $39 toward a diagnostic, it took them almost a week and a half. They had to come out a week later and repeat it because they broke other things in there. They fixed all of that so that part, had they done it the first time, yeah it'd been an A. I think the $39 is a coupon for diagnostic, see it normally it'd be $79 or something for a visit but actually discounted the $39 then they screwed up the first time repair, Bosche is a pretty complicated dishwasher. They don't ever break.

Service was quick, professional.

The service cost was high for work that took 45 minutes to assess issue/repair (parts were $100 and service $200), and service diagnosis was revised after my husband requested further review (required tech to consult with General Electric), & the parts had to be delivered from out of town which required almost 2 week wait for repair after initial 11/10 service call. The company is located in El Paso and maintains limited parts onsite for San Antonio servicing.

After my refrigerator had been leaking, I purchased an "Appliance Repair Diagnostic Call and Credit Toward Repair" for $39 on Angies List. The service technician arrived on time and immediately diagnosed and repaired the leak in less than 15 minutes...so the service was good. He then provided the invoice and for his service, which consisted of the technician removing and rinsing an external filter. Total cost of $163 (less $39 credit for the coupon). So Bella charged $124 for less than 15 minutes of labor when the technician was already on site and with no cost for parts. I emailed the company about the big mark up and cost, but did not receive a response. Beware...appears the "diagnostic coupon" is just a foot in the door to charge a high service price.

Everything went well. services were taking care of in timely manner and when were scheduled for.

Paul tested my oven/broiler and explained that there were no issues and explained why I had misinterpreted it as not working. He trained me on how to use my oven such as timers, and temperature settings. I appreciated his professionalism and patience in answering my questions. Thanks.

They were very nice, professional and informative on the phone. The problem we had ended up being an easy fix and something that my husband could take care of. We would definitely call on this company if any future appliance needs occur.

I found the same model of dishwasher at homedepot for a few dollars less than the repair estimate. I never scheduled the repair, I just got a new machine. Without the gentleman coming out I would not have know the repair would have cost a few dollars more than a new one so it ended up being a help in the end.

I'm not sure it's completely fixed. I lived alone so I don't dirty a lot of dishes, I don't cook a lot and I have used it once since they were here. It didn't work on the regular wash but it worked on the short wash. However, I think it did a regular wash. I don't think they calibrated it right. I haven't called them back because I don't use it that often. They were very prompt.

Great. He was on time...found they problem fast...had the necessary part in the truck and got the job done fast.

Everything went well, other then the charge. The tech said that the charge for the grease was only $10 dollars but the company charge my card for 90 dollars which the said the usually the cost for that type of repair was 129.00.

Service call was for between 8 and 12pm, Mr. Lopez, the service person arrive first thing in the morning at 8 am. He was courteous and professional. He immediately diagnosed that I needed a new thermostat. He quoted me a price of around $240, I felt that was a little steep so I declined the work. I know the pricing has nothing to do with the technician, but they should have more discretion in haggling to seal the deal. This was the first time using this company and a Angie's list provider, overall the experience was pleasant. I believe this company does quality work but a bit on the high end, the dryer was a aging unit I didn't want to invest that much into it. Perhaps if was something other type of repair I would have to weigh the cost.

Technician arrived on time, listened to my concerns, then looked around and under the refrigerator door, tested how it opened and closed. Good news! Just a piece of plastic trim, don't have to worry about the door coming off the hinges. Very relieved. Easy service call for him.

My washer was giving an error and not spinning or agitating. I called on Monday morning, they were able to come to my home by Tuesday morning. Both people I spoke with were very helpful, kind, and professional. The service gentleman, Fabian, called me 15 minutes before he arrived and he was right on time. He was very professional and explained everything he did. After 45 minutes, he was able to repair the washer without needing to order parts. I would definitely call SoBellas again for appliance repair.
