Description of Work: I used the Angies list coupon to have them come out and look at my garage frig that wasn't cooling. Showed up on time nice guy (looked like an unmade bed) told me it was the hinge that needed repalace and it would be another trip out and 170 more dollars. I paided him in full and he said he would be back in a day or two because all parts are over nighted. After I called and 5 days later he showed up replace the hinge. I googled the price of the part 20 dollars so if that is what they paid thats 180 dollars in labor it took about 30 minutes almost 400 dollars an hour. I guess we should all fix hinges.

Description of Work: Extremely pesky issue handled with multiple visits but outcome good. Apparently using generic water filter on this model refrigerator blew out circuit. They methodically worked on most likely issues and patiently kept coming back at my convenience until everything fixed.

Description of Work: They replaced a broken ice dispenser. the cost was extremely high to replace one little plastic part. But they did a good job.

Description of Work: I used the " Big Deal" that I purchased for the services of SoBellas Appliance. They cleaned and tried to fix our furnace and they ended up doing other maintenance. They fixed the grill on top of the oven. They charged us around $110 extra of what we paid. They said that if the problem continues, we might need to change some of the spark plugs on the oven.

Description of Work: We have a 16 year old refrigerator that has had a couple of minor problems. I wanted someone to check it to see if it was on its last legs or if it should last a while longer. Paul came out and thoroughly examined the refrigerator. He explained what he was doing and why, and determined that the problems did not affect the cooling capabilities of the unit, and that it should last a while longer. He also talked to me about the reliability of new units in general. He was great - very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
