Description of Work: Mr. Smith did an excellent job cleaning a filthy carpet (flood). I had a Groupon for $25, which was a bargain, considering the size of the room. Normally, he charges that for up to 100 sq.ft. He also works contract for a highly reputable furniture company. He is currently cleaning our large Oriental rug for $200, and will deliver in 2 weeks. (The last time we had this done, the man charged $650 and had the carpet for over a year!)

Description of Work: Leroy prepared our carpets for showings of our home, which is now on the market. The $129 was the Angie's List special for basic cleaning, but due to excessive dirt accumulation, additional shampooing and treatment were necessary. We also asked for cleaning of three large area rugs. Leroy did an outstanding job for us.

Description of Work: Leroy Smith is a pleasure to deal with. He communicates the issues thoroughly and gives options. He was very thorough in his work and went over the very dirty rooms multiple times to make sure they were clean. The carpets were really quite disgusting and they look almost new now.

Description of Work: My daughter, her two long-haired dogs and two long-haired cats lived with me for five months while her home was being remodeled. As a result my one-year-old, cream-colored living room carpet was an awful mess. Mr. Smith spent several hours working on it, carefully and thoroughly getting it back into shape - we are very, very pleased with the result. I had a Big Deal certificate for $129 and paid an additional $139.

Description of Work: Leroy and his son cleaned virtually my entire house. They did a great and thorough job. Leroy is professional and is a great person in general. I would recommend him and will use his services in the future.

Description of Work: My carpet was extremely dirty and had not been professionally cleaned in approx. two years. Mr. Smith arrived and notified me that he would do the cleaning that I had paid for but due to the spots and stains, he recommended scrubbing the carpet before cleaning. He told me that would be an additional $110.00. I agreed because the carpet was extremely dirty. He did a good job and I was satisfied.
