This was absolutely the best service I've ever had hiring someone for a job. With only a couple years under my belt owning a home i've found hiring quality companies is definitely hit or miss. Mostly the latter. A few months ago I took in a stray dog and he's been a joy. But of course potty training him as been a challenge. Yesterday the smell had become unbearable so I scoured the interwebs for a reputable carpet cleaning company. I called Smithco & Estate Carpet Cleaning and Leroy answered and told me he was available the following day at 1030 am. He arrived on time as scheduled. I hadn't mentioned on the phone that pet urine was the issue but he came well prepared for anything. Leroy took the time to explain what process he uses and how it works. Immediately I knew I had made the right decision hiring him. Approximately 5 hours later after cleaning a living room, stairway and bedroom he was done. The dedication to his craft and workmanship required that he get it right no matter how long it took. I hold Leroy Smith in the highest regard. He has gained a customer for life and I would implore anyone needing his services to hire him immediately.

Mr. Smith was punctual and did an excellent job. He even washed the walls. He completed the job in the time he had promised.

In ALL HONESTY, our carpet had not been cleaned in several years. The stairs and hallway were NOT the beige color they should've been. I am over whelmed by how our carpets have been restored. Mr. LeeRoy was on his knees with a scrub brush scrubing the stairs. He did more than do a job. It was evident he took pride in his workmanship. By the afternoon I felt I was in a spa. The house had a cool refreshing smell. At this point in our lives we will use Smithco's services every 4-6 month.

great! Quick response even though it was their day off. Consulted with air conditioning co. to be sure the problem was resolved. Pumped the out the rest of the water that had accumulated before drying the carpets with a vacuum type machine. then he left on the big fan all night to finish the drying. Came back next day and checked things. One area still needed more drying so he left the fan the rest of the day. We were very pleased.

My initial phone message to Mr. Smith was returned promptly. He, and his wife, are extremely courteous and professional. Since I live in Mexico, I brought the rugs to him and picked them up a few weeks later. There was a change in our time frame and Mr. Smith was able to meet the new deadline with no problem. I enjoyed working with him and will recommend him to friends in need rug/carpet cleaning services. Doing business with someone who loves what they do is a joy in itself and Mr. Smith loves what he does! He takes pride in his work which is a comfort when you're dropping off something that has been handed down to you.

Leroy Smith did an excellent job. He managed to remove old animal stains. He moved furtniture as needed. He was very detailed and meticulous.He was professional but friendly. I would definitely use him again.

Went great, very professional, carpets were very clean. just wish he would have asked us about washing the walls before he did and charge us at the end for the wall cleaning; however, the walls looked great.

Mr. Smith and his son were right on time and did a great job. They spent several hours working on some pretty intractable pet odors and after several days the smell was gone. Mr. Smith warned me the chemicals would take several days to work completely, and we are very pleased with the results. We have already set up our next appointment with him. Highly recommend.

One of only two providers to respond. Came by to provide an estimate and settle on price (For 4 bedrooms, about 450 sq feet). Arrived on time for both estimate and work. Took time to do it right. Carpets were 100% cleaner than when we moved in a year ago. Would hire comapny again in a heartbeat!

The owner himself arrived to my home to do the cleaning. He arrived a few minutes early of the set appointment which was great...no waiting around. We purchased a package with a set cost but after assessing the carpets we both agreed that they needed more work so he explained what he needed to do and why. He was very friendly and knowledgable and took his time cleaning. It took him a total of about 5 hours to finish the work and was VERY well worth the wait. The work he did was exceptional! The carpets looked brand new....much better than when we moved into the house! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. We'll be using him again in the future!

I called Leroy Friday afternoon because I needed the carpet of my new business cleaned before my display cases came in from Los Angeles sometime on Sunday or Monday and I had forgotten to schedule a carpet cleaning service prior. Leroy was very friendly and answered all my questions over the phone and was even able to give me an estimate over the phone after I provided him the sqare footage of the area I needed cleaned. He scheduled me in at 10:30am on Saturday, and told me he would be there at "10:30 sharp". To my pleasant surprise, the next day Leroy was there before I was, and I had arrived at my store with about 5 minutes to spare. As far as the cleaning went, Leroy gave me a VERY fair price, as he told me his estimate included three hours of work and I think he actually took a bit over 5 hours to very thoroughly clean the carpet. He went over the carpet multiple times with a shampoo machine and also steam vacuumed, explaining that the dual process would help my carpet look cleaner in the long term. Anyhow I would recommend Leroy to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned, whether commercial or for the home. Also, as an aside, the fragrance of the cleaning chemicals he uses reminds me of the chemicals they use at the Mirage and other MGM properties in Las Vegas to clean during the wee hours of the morning and leaves the place smelling great.

Great. I have depended on Leroy Smith for probably 12-13 years now to thoroughly clean our carpets. He is the only carpet cleaner I have ever used in all the different places that I have lived who leaves my carpets looking almost like new. It may cost more than those cheap chain cleaner services, but, wow -- what a world of difference in the results. A realtor told us about him and we have been glad to call on him ever since. He is like El Paso homeowners' secret weapon against stained carpets. We have two dogs and three grandchildren and we track in dirt from the back garden all the time and somehow Mr. Smith can make our carpets look great. He has also cleaned some upholstered chairs for us and they look much, much better. I would strongly recommend Estate Carpet Cleaning and Leroy's incredible work ethic. He is also just a wonderful guy -- we look forward to his visits!

Leroy Smith, the owner and operator, arrived at the scheduled time and took approximately three hours to complete the work. He is very thorough and vacuumed, steamed cleaned and also brushed cleaned my seats. He also deodorized them and with his equipment sucked the water out. Left them looking like NEW. He is the best I know and would highly recommend him. He is absolutely worth what he charges. A true professional.

I want to start this review by commenting that this is the first time I needed to use a carpet cleaning company. My place has carpet everywhere, starting from the kitchen and all the way to the master bedroom, except for the kitchen and bathrooms. The living room had my dog's urine stain and odor remains of few days that I really wanted and needed to get rid of. I knew that cleaning the carpet was going to be a challenge and expensive, thus, I needed to hire a good company for the task. Leroy Smith was professional and punctual. He was very friendly and patient. He explained with details the treatment and products he was going to use to remove the urine stain and odor. He also cleaned the carpet all by himself and that it is a big plus!. He is the owner so that showed me he is a hardworker and really cares about his clients . The carpet ended up looking like new! He revived the look on that carpet. My carpet is cleaned, looks great and smells so good, and the house is free of urine odor!. I was impressed with the job done, and most importantly, it was happy with the price. Therefore, I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company.

Mr Smith showed up on time and after assessing the problem provided his professional opinion on all the carpeted rooms and agreed these two were the only problem areas. He assembled his equipment and went straight to work. He provided me his business card and explained the chemical agents and their function in cleaning the carpets and eliminating the pet odors. "I attempt as near as possible to sterilized the carpeting". In all it took approx 3 hours to clean the carpets in question , plus do a spot clean on a third carpet at no cost. He did indeed use two separate cleaning solutions, and two full passeMr Smith was friendly, professional and competent. I will use his service again for future cleanings and I recommend him highly.

Mr. Leroy A Smith is the owner and operator. He was wonderful. He did an excellent job on my carpets. I found him on Angie’s List and I made an appointment with him. He was awesome. I liked that he was very personable. He worked for about four hours in my house. It was just him, by himself. He worked very hard. It was just a pleasant experience all the way around.
