My water line broke over night and water had flooded my yard and was running down the street. I talked to a very nice man named Mark who said he would try his best to get someone out right away. I didn't expect anyone until the afternoon but about an hour or less later two lovely young men showed up at my house and got to work. Found the problem was at a previous fix done 2 years ago (by O'Hagen Plumbers that I found also on Angie's list) and they replaced the bad fix and repaired the line, checked for leaks, filled in the hole and left. I really enjoyed their company and attitude.

They arrived on time and fixed the issue with no problems, Totally professional!

I am an out of town landlord. There was excessive water usage from a vacant home. I hired Casa Plumbing to perform the work but I was not there to see that the work was done. I was charge for a fill valve, flapper assembly, chrome angle stop and stainless steel water supply and labor. I went to the house in December and found that no work had been done. The old parts were still in the toilet and all that was done is the water turn off to the toilet. It was a complete ripoff and scam.

Last night I heard a loud bang and a lot of water running from our hot water heater. We got the water under control and started mopping up during the night. I called Smith Johnson's Casa Plumbing at about 8:14 AM to ask if they could send someone over to look at the water heater. Their service technician (Jose) arrived at 9:11. He looked at the water heater and had the problem diagnosed in about 15 minutes (water tank had split open). He called back to his office, told them the problem, and got information on a new water tank. He then came to us and provided some options (to include the estimated cost). We elected to replace the hot water heater. He let his office know and started the removal process. He put a tarp down in the work area and some cardboard to protect the floor. After draining and removing the old tank, he started preparing the site for the new heater. His service supervisor showed up a little later with the new water heater, helped him lift it into place and took away the old heater. Jose got everything back in place, checked fittings (even replace the old gas line), turned on the cold water flow to the tank and started the cleanup. By the time he was done, we had hot water again. He was done around noon or so. All in all, a great job. Jose kept us informed the entire time and we felt very reassured with what he was doing. I checked this company out here on Angie's List and would definitely use them again! I would also recommend them to anyone who had plumbing issues.

Very helpful, courteous and professional. We first thought that the mounting for the sink needed to be repaired but found out that it should never have been mounted on the wall in the first place. We purchased a new sink and pedestal that, unfortunately, was the wrong size. On the next try, we got the right size. Casa Plumbing made two visits to our home at no charge before we got the right sink and they installed it. We very much appreciate them!

I was watering out front and then I could not shut off the water hose. Called Casa Plumbing, they answered right away. Sent over a technician the same day exactly when they said they would. Casa Plumbing has polite, respectful, and well trained individuals that work for them. I have used them for other plumbing and heating issues. Always a job well done! Thank you! I don't mind their prices because they have always done a fantastic job.

The gasket costs 6 .98 at Home Depot. I was charged !5.00. I received 5% discount for being an Angies list member. Asked for a senior discount and was denied. Almost $100.00 for a 10 minute job is a little steep. Watched them take the gasket off and I think I'll be able to change it myself the next time. I won't being doing this again.

The city water supply main shutoff valve would not hold so adding the extra valve gives me peace of mind. A pipe broke recently and the city had to send an emergency response service truck to stop the leak. The valves under the sink were old and unusable.

I was doing laundry and noticed dirty water backup into tub and shower. called plumber late afternoon and was told it was too late for today but would come early the next day. I was ready to spend all morning waiting but got a call a little after 8AM that they were on their way. The guys quickly and efficiently assessed the situation and quickly went to work to clear the clog and I was able to continue doing my laundry about 30min later. This was the second time this company has done work for me and again it was a positive experience--highly recommend.

The job went very well, took approximately 1 hour to complete. We had purchased additional parts to ensure that the job would be completed without delay. However, some of the parts we purchased were not exactly what was needed and fortunately the plumber had all the necessary parts to complete the job. We are very pleased with the job that was done, excellent work. The price for the job was very reasonable. We will definitely use this provider again.

Pumber performed the sevice in a satisfactory manner and was very courteous.

One toilet was fixed, no problems. The toilet in the master bath started leaking that night. Called and asked for them to come fix. A second plumber came to fix the leak. Turns out the second toilet (master bath) hardware had not been installed right. The hose was loose and the inside hardware was crooked. They did not charge for the second visit.

Service was prompt and plumber was professional in completing the job.

I call Casa Plumbing on 6/10 they gave me an estimate of $135.00 to install a toilet I bought at Costco and said they could be out to my business on 6/11 between 10am and 12 pm . The plumber Jerry was there by 10 and done in 45 minutes . Great Job! I'm going to have them do work at my house next .

The water heater was in a corner with very little room to work. They had to make a square pan to place under as a round one didn`t fit. They done a very good job, very clean, very neat. It was upstairs, they lay blankets on the stair steps, they actually arrived earlier than scheduled, they were extremely professional, couldn`t be more pleased, definitely will hire Casa plumbing again!

I was extremely impressed with toe professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge of the plumber, Alfonso, and his assistant. I called the office and explained my problem. The supervisor that answered the phone was very courteous and friendly. He said he could have a team stop by between 11 and 2 pm. They arrived at 11:20 and immediately went to work. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to contact them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Angie's List!

Plumber explained for the first time a structural problem of which I was unaware. He replaced the pipes underneath the sink. My only fault with the service was I had an appointment for noon and no one called or showed up until 3:30

I have been using Smith-Johnston Casa Plumbing for over 3 years. They have done numerous jobs for me at both of our homes.They told me 2 years ago that the clay pipes at this house where my daughter resides would need to be replaced because of tree roots invading the old pipes,but we could try to stall for time with a larger clean-out cable machine. We had numerous problems with stoppages the past 2 months, so I knew it was time to replace the sewer line. Frank came out and gave me an estimate and we set up the appointment for Monday,Jan.28,2014. He gave me an estimate of $3000-$4000 depending on what they found when they actually dug up the sewer line. Frank also told me if we could move the landscape rocks about 10 foot over it would save me approximately $600, which I appreciated very much.. A rented back-hoe was delivered at 7:30am and his crew arrrived on time at 9am. We were only without water and use of toilets for 3 hours and they notified us when it turned off and back on. Frank came and checked on the crew several times throughout the job. The job was completed at 4pm and they removed all the old pipes and tree roots that were dug up. The final price was $3000 which included the $831.00 rental fee for the back-hoe. It is a pleasure to do business with a Company that is honest and gives personalized attention to you and your problems. Frank especially takes the time to explain, answer all of your questions and to reassure that those problems will be solved. They give honest quotes and do not try to run the bill up. Three years ago Roto- Rooter gave us a quote of $6000-$7000 for this same job. I am thankful that I got a second opinion from Smith-Johnston Casa Plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

He was polite, pleasant, punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. It's always better results when the person doing the job knows what they are doing! Cost of installation also includes cost of some parts.

Expensive? but they did a slick, very professional job and did it quickly.
