My apologies, I'm Alex Ramirez, one of the owners...We looked up your aderess in our system and couldn't find a match. We use a CRM (customer relation management) program that tracks appointments, calls and job progress. When a potential client calls on the office. we make sure there is a appointment made right away. We also make sure when there is a appointment made someone is there to take care of you. I'm sorry to hear that someone "never showed up". It might of been a mistake on our end. I hope everthing went well with your repair.
