+ -1 moreEverything was perfect. They were prompt and professional. The shutters were repaired and they looked like new. The stain matching was perfect. We were under a deadline to move out of the rental house and they even accomodated me to get everything done in time. I thought that the price was a little high, but I had already done a little research on buying the parts to do it myself and they were not cheap. Overall I am very satisfied and feel that I got and excellent product at a fair price.
Description of Work: My family and I were living in a rental house with plantation shutters. Our dog managed to mangle two of the sets of plantation shutters and we needed to fix them. Several of the slats needed to be replaced as well as the bar connecting the slats. The wood on the shutters was stained and not painted so the stain matching was a concern of mine.
