Sandy Messer and Associates realtor Dora Camarena is the property manager for a property I am a tenant in. Although I have notified her of faulty locking mechanisms throughout the property she has failed or refused to make any effort to have the repairs completed in accordance with Texas code. It is a shame I pay the rent early every month and can not enjoy safety and security within it.

Mrs. Wicker promised to sell our home in El Paso, TX. First off, she overpriced our home, knowing there would be no feedback or anyone responding to see our home. We asked her from the beginning to give us her professional opinion and price the home right. She quoted our home high and stated she could sell at that price. Possibly lowering the price as we go. The house was on the market for 50+ days, with staged furniture and all utilities on. And not even one showing. She complaint that there were no showings because of the water and gas was shut off. We shut it off after we moved out. Really? She had 2 open houses and kept pushing us to give extra incentives, I.e. gift cards, TV, etc. Lastly, she told us that the "agency" was not willing to represent us any longer because of the water and gas shut off. (By the way it was turned back on right after). We are currentlly working with another realtor and have not had any problems. Mrs. Wicker went on vacation right after putting our house on the market and her so called sit in Mrs. Diego never called us or informed us about the staus of selling our home. We contacted her several times and received the same story every time (hard to sell houses right now). Should have known better and look for another realtor. Didn't think she would do so poorly in representing our poroperty.

Samanta Valle, a representative of Sandy Messer and Assoc, was my realtor in buying a home recently. Samantha demonstrated what customer service really means! She first showed me a house I thought I was interested in but once I saw it, I wasn't that thrilled and kept looking. I was honest with her and she was honest with me. I ended up purchasing a home that was under construction and began a torturous ordeal with Weststar Mortgage, whose employees seemed to be either on vacation or completely inept a doing their jobs, delaying my close on the house twice, despite the fact they had two months before the originally scheduled closing to gather information and prepare documents. Some realtors would bug out after the sale is made, but not Samantha. She was there every step of the way, even when the loan officer dropped the ball and disappeared, and the umpteenth snafu with Weststar Mortgage held up the process of getting keys at the title company, she showed up to provide moral support and even took me to the builder to pick up keys. If there is an above and beyond award for realtors, Samantha Valle deserves it. There's no way I can thank her enough! I would recommend her to anyone!
