They're excellent. They do it once a year. Everything about them is A. They're really wonderful. If you have a problem, let's say with mice, they come right away.

I contracted with this company for regular service. They did well the first year. The second year they scheduled appointments but did not call ahead or show up. Two treatment dates were ignored. When I called them they said they were behind. They never refunded my money or performed the service. They basically kept my money and blamed it on the tech being behind and then on me. I decided to find another company.

Rosedale did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again. Mr. Ortega and his staff were professional, polite and efficient. They left everything exactly as they found it and we were very pleased.

I used them about 3 months ago and use them quarterly. Each visit is $47.00 and they do a good job. If I have any problems they come back and they are very professional.

Mr. Ortega came and made the inspection. I've never hired a company more professional and caring! When they came out to work they were quick and efficient. My parents who don't live in the area are envious of the warranty that we received. They've never heard of an exterminator doing an annual check "just to see" especially for less than $100. We will use Rosedale (and no one else) in the future.

Mr. Ortega, his son, Robert Jr., and crew were all very pleasant, very competent, and very neat. The work entailed digging a trench around the house and drilling holes through concrete (patios,etc.) where necessary. We were concerned about how this would look, particularly the holes in the patio and pool deck. No need to worry - after they injected the pesticide, they filled in the trench and the holes so well that we can't tell they were ever there. Inside the house, they were just as careful when removing and replacing items in cabinets. Even the pesticide doesn't smell anymore - years ago, you could smell it all over the neighborhood. Overall, it was a good experience, thanks to the Ortegas and Rosedale.

A few days later Robert and his son Robert, Jr., came to our house to install the system. They spent nearly five hours drilling holes all around the perimeter of the house and in selected areas of the interior, then injecting the pesticide into the holes, refilling the holes, and meticulously cleaning up behind themselves. They provided a thorough explanation all along the way. We feel absolutely confident in the work of Rosedale and will continue to use this company as long as we live in El Paso.
