They were very good with providing quick quotes and scheduling a crew to come out to replace the roof. They were one of the few contractors to be easy to work with through email. They did do a pretty good job replacing the roof, they finished the job in 2 days. They did provide fair pricing as well. The issue I had with the contractor is that they damaged the existing satellite dish and bird deterrents that were installed on the roof. I was never consulted as to whether I wanted to keep those items and have tried to contact them to fix them but have yet to have them fixed. Update: I tried to work with the contractor to have them fix the issues, they kept on promising dates they would come and fix them but kept on doing nothing. The have promised three dates and have not showed up to fix the items they damaged.

The contractor was very responsive through email when I first requested a quote. It was easy to set up an appointment and they did well to be here earlier than initially scheduled when they started the job. They replaced the roof within 2 days of starting. They did a pretty good job of replacing the roof and provided a fair price. The issues came during construction when they damaged the existing satellite dish and some bird deterrents that were on my roof. They just tore up anything that was on the roof without consulting me first to check if I wanted to keep it. I brought up to them the issues about the satellite dish and bird deterrents but they have yet to rectify those situations.
