RIVER CONSTRUCTION

Provider called me on Saturday before the work was scheduled to be done on Monday and told me there would be a 3 week delay. This was done on top of 7 calls I had placced to the provider over the last 72 hours with no call back. I was calling to confirm the time of arrival to to make a couple small changes on the solutions. Provider was clearly told upon quote work that I needed the work down before Sept 11th as I would have family visiting and wanted all repairs complete before then. I was extremely dissappointed with the provider for not giving me a heads-up even 3-4 days earlier so that I could source other options. Now I am stuck with not having any on these items done before guests arrive and couple of them are critical items and pose risk of fruther damage. Although their estimator was fast to arrive and their receptionist is very attentive and nice, I was very disappointed with their communication and this was a huge suprise to receive at the 11th hour leaving me no other options. River Construction did not even offer a future discount on future work as a consolation but only a simple "I'm sorry". I may have considered giving them another shot if they did and it was good enough to warr. This was not good enough for me. I hope they improve their professionalism and communication going forward.
