+ -1 moreTerrible. Patrick is far from a professional when it comes to selling real estate. Pat listed features in our home that did not exsist on the MLS, over stated the value of our home to obtain the listing. He failed to keep a FOR-SELL sign up throughout the listing. We had to beg for sells flyers, only to get an unprofessional product with distorted pictures. He lacked market foresight and would operate outside of the owners intent. After, I spoke with him and the broker, instead of correcting the mistakes told be I need to grow up and act like an adult.
