Mr. Danny Ramirez showed up at my house the same day after calling him to quote me on 2 different designs for my yard. We went over everything my wife and I wanted and he listened to it all. He offered suggestions and ideas for our lot. My wife noticed a really nice design from his previous completed jobs and she really loved it. Working with Danny was simple as we modified the design a bit to match our landscape. The next day we stayed in communication via angieslist messages and offered him the job. He worked with me on payments and got started the next day. Throughout the 1.5 week job, Danny and his team were courteous and friendly with my family and my property. They showed up when they said and completed the work at a good pace. I was in no rush to finish once they got started and relayed that to Mr. Ramirez. Even so, his team finished when they said they would and did an amazing job from the start. All trades were very meticulous about their specific job and paid great attention to what they were doing. I met them all and had some great conversations with his crew. Ramirez Landscape turned my front yard from pure dirt to a beautiful scene. On top of the typical rock and stone landscaping, his team planted the trees I purchased from Sierra Vista our in Anthony, NM and also wired up landscape lighting to give it that final touch. Danny in my opinion, went above and beyond in his customer service offering to pick up the plants for me free of charge despite the distance of the nursery. He also picked up my lighting as he knew my work schedule was really busy and communication during the day was very limited due to the office I work in. I cant say enough of the great job they did. I see neighbors and people driving by slowing down to look at my yard. Proud to have hired Mr. Ramirez and his crew to do my landscaping. No doubt I will call on his crew when I need my back yard finished. Thanks Ramirez Landscaping crew.

A couple (two) of heads for the sprinklers needed replacement. He did not replace the heads with the same heads as existed....That was not the main concern, though. He appeared not to really care very much and did not inspect his work. Frankly, he waited for me to say something. Some of the sprinklers are still not functioning properly. He was three hours late. Perhaps he was simply tired. Total time of work was less than one-half hour.

If you're looking for the best Landscape and Maintenance Company in El Paso, look no further. Daniel came out for the estimate all the way to the west side of town. He listened to exactly what I needed done and did a very thorough check of my sprinkler system in the back, which was in pretty bad shape. He also offered to remove some dead trees and bushes we had in the backyard and aerate the lawn to help get it growing again. He went through line by line on the estimate with me and I had a clear understanding of what serves he was going to provide. The crew showed up on time Saturday morning and immediately went to work. They worked all day in the heat, doing an outstanding job cleaning up the yard, taking out the dead trees and bushes and working on that pain in the butt sprinkler system. The area around the house looks great now, and the areas where they pulled out the trees you wouldn't have ever know that a tree was there. Overall my experience was very positive, Daniel and his team were friendly and professional. The kept going through the heat of the day and accomplished everything that he and I had discussed. If your going to use anyone in El Paso, use Ramirez Landscape and Maintenance.

The services provided were great. I contacted them through the site and got a response next day. He came to my house exactly when he said and worked up an estimate. He was able to get his team out the same day, and they worked almost until sun down. More work was involved than he had originally thought due to a large break in the line that we knew would could hide problems further down the line, but he was very reasonable on the extra work required. System was tested and set, and he guarantees the work.

The night before an appointment was made that they would arrive between 10 and 11 am the following morning, they arrived on time and began cutting and loading the tree branches, one person mowed and another edged, all the leaves and debris from the tree branches was picked up the yard was raked and the blower was used, I had only asked that the back be mowed but they asked if I wanted the front mowed and I said ok and it was done, they also edged the front yard and cut a big branch that was covering the roof off for me at no additional cost, I am very satisfied on how well and how quickly the work was done.

Very professional service providers. Pleased & happy my sprinklers are up & running. Plan to do other work with them.

He told us that we could get our grass to grow back. He saved us $3000 in the process and told us what to do and how to do. He is going to come back and aerate our yard. They haven’t actually done any work but he is honest and has saved us a lot of money. They were very professional and punctual.

Ramirez landscaping was A+ from the beginning. I scheduled to have him come out for an estimate. They were prompt and took much of my preferences into consideration. I received a prompt and reasonable estimate. Once I was ready to start the project, we set a date to pick out the plants, then another to complete the planting. My schedule is a little unforgiving and there was some complications with the actual plant date....however, they came through and actually went with me to pick up the plants and then back home to start the work. I think the work actually started about 4 PM!! They all stayed and worked so hard into the dark until the job was done on the same day (night). The work was top notch to include cleaning up (yes in the dark). He incorporated and hand mixed the compost mix recommended by the nursery and applied root stimulator to each of the plants to aid in their survival. I am very happy with the work and will be using them again. Additionally, his staff was polite and professional and definitely hard workers, and all of them were kind to my dogs that were constantly in the way.

Daniel Ramirez and his wife were very efficient and friendly in helping me with my yard needs. Their staff was very friendly and also I had a follow up from Mrs. Ramirez to see if all was done according to my needs.

I called on 16 June and 17 June 2014. No answer both times, but I did leave a message on the first day with the exact information they requested. Which was a name, number, best time to contact, with approx. what I needed. Extend the concrete for the front entrance and a walkway for easier access to the entryway for a wheelchair and maybe some extra stuff, like plants. I have yet to receive a response. I believed they had some very good reviews and that's why I chose them. However; fifty-two hours is a long enough wait. On to the next.

Very timely, very fast, very friendly and very professional

He has a great crew that got here; set up, did the job promptly and cleaned up quickly and very neatly. Daniel is a really nice guy even tough he is servicing a very large area of the city. I would highly recommend.

The owner came to do the estimate and informed him that I needed someone to take out all of the old grass, dirt and weeds from the front lawn and window planters. Then take three trees including their roots out and pruning three other trees, clean up the entire back yard. He was able to give me a quote and once I told him I would hire him he was able to start working 5 minutes later. Him and his crew were able to complete the job 1 day before the deadline. He was very courteous and provided great customer service. I will be working with him for future landscaping projects.

I have used Ramirez Landscaping twice for my back yard. The First time he put in grass and rocks and made my backyard look decent compare to how I had it. The second time I had him cement and stamp a large portion of my yard and made these beautiful river rock beds against one side of my yard. The idea I wanted does not compare to the idea he had and did. His work was awesome and everyone just loves my back yard. He also made a bed in the front yard that everyone just loves too. Daniel is professional and his work speaks for it's self. I will call him for all my Landscaping needs and recommend him greatly.

In have used Ramirez Landscaping twice and will call again when needed. Great service and excellent work. I am very satisfied.

The office called, he showed up 20 minutes later (on time). He inspected the sprinkler system and suggested repairs. I already knew what was wrong but am unable to do the repairs myself due to arthritis. He was spot on and didn't try to sell me more than was necessary. He made the repairs and was on his way. He was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended. He will return to do some lawn aeration later.

I noticed Mr. Ramirez work around the neighborhood. Several yards had been done by his company and they looked great. For that reason I chose to give him a call. The quote I received was more than reasonable. The work was exceptional. All the workers were professional. The work began on the date agreed upon. It lasted a day or to later only because of the difficulty is finding the brick that matched my wall. Everything was completed on time other than a few bricks. They left everything clean and orderly. I am more that satisfied with the work performed by Mr. Ramirez and would recommend his services as well as call him back for future work.

Dan arrived early, checked out the problem and fixed the leak within 10 minutes. He only charged me $20 for the labor and parts. Definitely a pro that I will use again.

Overall experience was good. Daniel worked with me on the price which was fair. I got what I asked for could not complain. Completed work in a timely manner. I do plan to use again.

Never called or showed the day of the appt.

Mr. Ramirez finished up earlier this afternoon and I have been outside "visiting" my beautiful patio over and over all afternoon! I am waiting until tomorrow to put everything back together on the patio but the acid wash is so pretty! I chose a terracotta stain and it is just lovely...has flecks of gold, veins of darker reddish brown and areas of lighter tan. Our patio had several superficial cracks that came up shortly after our home was built and the acid wash even made them look good! Mr. Ramirez offered to acid wash the area twice in order to make the color more intense but I was very pleased with the color after one application and appreciated his asking my preference about the second wash. Mr. Ramirez and his crew cleaned the patio area and walkway around my hot tub very thoroughly then resealed it. I am very happy with the way this existing area looks and pleased with how it looks together with the acid washed patio. While I know next to nothing about preparing concrete for acid washing and sealing, I felt like a lot of attention was given to preparing my patio for the treatments. Mr. Ramirez was very much "hands-on" overseeing the work his employees did and doing a good deal of the work himself. They removed all of my furniture and grill from the areas where they would be working. They worked more than half a day on Saturday preparing the areas, cleaning them, "sanding?" them, and adding the acid to the first patio. When they finished for the afternoon, everything was left very neatly in the yard. Sunday they were back at work shortly before 10:00 am and worked until early afternoon. While the areas were pretty well dry before they left on Sunday afternoon, it was suggested that I might wait until Monday morning to put everything back on the patio and Mr. Ramirez even offered to return on Monday to move all of my furniture and the grill back. I had several heavy cinder blocks and pieces of concrete behind our hot tub and asked Mr. Ramirez if I could pay him extra to remove them for me. He and his crew took the pieces which were quite heavy and didn't charge me anything additional to do so. Mr. Ramirez even used his leaf blower to blow leaves and debris away from my front door before he left. I am very pleased with the professional way Mr. Ramirez and his employees conduct business. They were punctual, hard working, neat, and very accommodating and my patios look super!

He did not return my first call but he had only a short window to contact me. He came looked and listened to what our family had to say about what we wanted for an end result. He provided a large book with photos, My problem was that there were very few photos of full front or back yards. The end price was a bit higher than he first quoted. His wife came with him and was quite polite and very helpful. He completed the work as written in the contract. The end result was quite nice. I have hired him to continue to do the maintenance; time will tell.
