Description of Work: I expected an estimate but no one came or called. I cannot rate for the service provided because no work was done, although, I can rate professionalism. I was dissapointed that no one came.

Description of Work: They arrived at the scheduled time and prepared a complete estimate which because of the articulate description of the work to be done and the reasonable cost, I signed the estimate and paid the requested down payment using a check from an out of town bank. Daniel Ramirez arrived as scheduled 4 days later, on time and ready to work. Daniel and his crew completely replaced the irrigation system in the front yard. I was amazed at the efficiency that they trenched for the new heavy duty PVC pipe and bubblers, They repaired the existing electric valves and were finished with that portion of the job by late afternoon. They also replaced all of the sprinkler heads in the rear and side yard, and were able to complete the aeration of the entire lawn and the adjustment of all sprinklers. They were able to complete all tasks as well as a complete clean up of the site earlier than they had forecast. I plan on asking them to return to do some additional work after seeing the professionalism of their work.

Description of Work: In one visit Daniel and his team removed some dead plants and replanted a blue-tip fir that was struggling. The plant is still struggling but I am hopeful that it will come back. | |In another visit, Daniel cleaned and resealed our patio and pad around our hot tub.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment. I was told that someone would come by for a quote. No one came by. I tried calling back several times and no one answered. I left a voicemail and didn't receive a call back

Description of Work: Removed 6 purple sage bushes near the street and several shrubs plus dug up some tall thorny cacti and replanted after they removed some bird of paradise bushes that were intertwined. Some trimming of yuccas and removal of a pine tree. | |They arrived on time and finished everything exactly as discussed. Everything was hauled away and the area was cleaned. Everything was left in excellent shape. Very pleased with the work performed.

Description of Work: clean up yard and put sod on small area 18x10 but in the process He deprogrammed my water sprinkler. I feel purposedly so I would have to call him again. I had to call him back to finish cleaning and He began to tell me of all this changes and high prices for shores I considered were not needed. He told me He would treat for grub worm & to prevent weeds in the rock landscape I already had but everything is the same. I will spray as the new season begins. Thank you

Description of Work: Ramirez Landscaping cleared a patch of my back yard that was overgrown, built a fence, laid embossed concrete, fixed my stone wall, and hauled off a whole bunch of stuff (including tons of soil)! I like that Mr. Ramirez works directly with his workers - he isn't someone who occasionally stops by - he is available to them and pitches right in. He knows what he is talking about, and is artistic with his work. He states he is self taught, and I believe that he is a very self-motivated individual. His wife is a very good partner for scheduling, etc. She communicates well.

Description of Work: He repaired part of the drip system in my front yard. He did a great job and even left an extra hose and tip in case one of my old ones popped off. I was very happy with the service.

Description of Work: I own several rental properties in El Paso and I told my property manager to call this company due to the good reviews on AngiesList. She has called several times over a two week period and has never received a return phone call. I'm wondering if they are still in business based on more recent reviews?

Description of Work: I called and left a message to get an estimate on lawn work. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK SAYING "wHAT DO YOU WANT, I AM AT LUNCH". When I asked him to identify himself he told me I had dialed the wrong number.

Description of Work: I wanted to design my own landscaping and have them do the work,Daniel took a lot of time to sit with me , research further online about the different aspects of the project, found flagstones, river rocks ,colourde bricks ,irrigation team etc and changed and motified it all to fit my taste abut at the same time pointed out want was necessary for durability and strenght. Great experenece, a bit pricey but well worth it.
