Description of Work: Needed estimate for cutting down dead trees. They were asked about being having insurance and being boned. They said they were. Appointment was made for 5/10/2017. On that date they called me to say they were not licensed and bonded right then. They had let it lapse and it was going to take a month to get it back.

Description of Work: Upgraded my front yard. Removed old structures, levelled ground, build new planters and made stamped concrete pathway. |It was hard to initially contact Mr Ramirez. But once he started, work went smoothly. He was very responsive to our requests and overall we are very happy with the results.

Description of Work: A crew of 4 showed up on time (9am), worked continuously through lunch and were finished by 2:00pm. Only concern was that the price was about $200 more then discussed in May, however there was more accumulation of dirt and it looks great!

Description of Work: Cleared front yard of all grass and shrubs for redesign of landscape. All demo was removed and hauled away, did a great job. Cleared backyard filled with weeds, leveled and prepared yard for landscaping. Did an amazing job.

He kept in regular contact with me during the installation of the gravel. He accepted 3 installments. We will use him for the extension of our rock wall as well.
