We were very happy overall with their work. The supervisor was personable and conscientious. The workers were very friendly. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. When we weren't pleased with the initial design of the tree wells, they returned the next day and created a new design that we were much happier with (at no extra charge). The patio looks great. The only negative experience we had involved a broken hydraulic line on their front-end loader used to transport dirt. Hydraulic fluid leaked all over the street in front of our house, creating a large dark stain in front of the driveway. But, overall, we believe the work they performed was excellent and was priced fairly.

I have been really pleased with this company's work in the past but I have been totally unable to get a hold of Mr. Ramirez. I have left a message on the listed phone with no response. Other numbers I have for him no longer work. I am now searching for a new lawn service that will at least let me know if they are unavailable.

When our landscape job became too much for us , we contacted Daniel Ramirez. He came early one Saturday and gave us an estimate on the total cost and starting date. To our surprise he started a day earlier than scheduled and finished a month's worth of work within two weeks. Every night he would drop off supplies for his men to start early the next morning. He is organized, detailed, meticulous, and doesn't mind making modification (changes) to please the client. We highly recommend Ramirez Lawn Maintenance Service.

I contacted Daniel Ramirez after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. I called and left a message; he returned my call within 30 minutes. He was able to stop by the same day and walk around property to give an estimate. He wrote it all down and provided an invoice - we paid $75 to the job started and he said balance wasn't owed until he finished and we were pleased with work. Daniel and his crew worked a few hours on a Thursday and finished it up for us early Saturday morning (no work done on Friday). He was in communication to advise of when he'd be arriving and let us know when unable to make it so we were never left hanging as to when he was going to be there. He was there the entire time working alongside his crew. We are very pleased with his work and had him estimate additional work that we are going to schedule at a later day (replace backyard bubbler system and piping for perimeter planter box and rock landscaping). Additionally, he provides yard maintenance service that I'm going to take advantage of - when I asked how often he recommended, he said to call him when it's needed. So no need to commit to weekly or even biweekly....we're going to see how it does now that we have it all cleaned up and give him a call.

So far I am completely satisfied with the work done. I will reserve judgement on the entire job when he has completely installed the new turf

This was a great experience with Daniel and his staff!! We did not anticipate spending what we did we were only going to do a small repair but upon discussion with Daniel we decided to redo a whole project. His eye is great and his staff is sweet and go over and above of what is required. I have already recommended this company to several friends and i am even handing out his flyer at my business for him! Don't bother calling; I called two times and the phone hung up on me. Then a male individual called back and I asked for Daniel Ramirez, the male individual sounded rude and demanding by consistently repeating "who's this, who's this, I continued to ask For Daniel Ramirez and was hung up on. Keep Searching people.

We had a horrible freeze here in January. It killed everything, so he came and cleaned up by taking all the plants away. He was on time. He came out when he said he would. The job went smoothly. He didn't know too much English, but that was okay. In fact, I'm getting ready to call him again.

Daniel Ramirez was professional and always kept us up to date on the project, and communicated well. He and his team are prompt and efficient. 80% of the work was done within the first week, and rest completed upon some materials that were delayed (no fault of Daniel's). Daniel does one project at a time, so he and his team are there all day, every day, until the project is complete. My wife and I are both professionals, and were impressed by Daniel's project management skills, professionalism, and the quality of his work. We would recommend him without reservations and plan on hiring him to do some future work for us.

Daniel Ramirez was on time to give the free estimate and start the work. He fixed my rock wall in front of my house. His work crew were very skilled and I was very satisfied with the finished product. They were done by the estimated time and the corners were very square and gives my house a very upgrade look. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very satisfied with Mr. Ramirez and his crew on their work.

They did an excellent good job in a timely manner, picked up their trash and cleaned each day after themselves. I would recommend this company very highly!!!! They do what they say they're going to do and start on time.

The overall experience was excellent. I called them to arrange for an estimate for the work to be done. He set an appointment for later that day. He then called a few hours later to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly. Once Daniel arrived, we discussed the work I needed to have done. He listened! This is important, in that he listened to what we were saying without making assumptions. Once he knew everything we needed to have done, he wrote up a detailed and accurate estimate. The price was fair, so we went ahead with hiring them to do the work. From there it was a pleasure for us. They arrived on time to do the work and completed the job one day early.

left a message for Daniel requesting that he give me an estimate. He provided the best estimate for the work that needed to be done. Daniel and his 'crew' pulled each shrub and tree making sure not to damage the irrigation system (where system was unavoidably damaged they repaired and tested repairs). Additionally they repaired the rock wall along the perimeter of back yard. They completed the work on time and cleared away all the debris, even taking the time to reposition my yard statuary and potted plants.

My trees did not fare well after the freeze and I had been nursing them along hoping that they would recover. When the heat hit, it became obvious that they were not going to make it. The trees were planted too close to the foundations in the first place and had grown very large, making them difficult to take down safely. Further, this is the first time I have had an irrigation system and when it developed problems I was really concerned about finding someone who knew what they were doing. I had spent a couple weeks asking everyone I knew if they had someone they would recommend. All of them has someone "but..." I was not really sure about how I was going to find someone I could trust to do a good job and clean up. Finally I checked Angie's list. I picked Daniel Ramirez because of the comments. I called one night and he came out, after I got home from work, the next night to give me an estimate. We walked around the entire property and discussed what I needed done. He spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the problem with the sprinkler system. He then explained to me the 3 most likely causes and what it would take to fix each. He recommended all three changes at once since it would prevent repeat call. I was very nervous and told him I wanted to think about it. The second positive plus was that he immediately asked if I would like to have a written estimate. He gave me the estimate and put in all the details, marking it in 2 places as an estimate. Then he left and waited for me to call him. Not being pressured was great! It took me a couple of days to get up the courage to make the commitment. But once I did, he came over, again after work when it was convenient for me, went over his revised estimate and my project spec sheet, and we both signed a copy of each. He was the one to initiate a signed contract, which I think is an excellent marker of professionalism and commitment to doing the job correctly. I was amazed at how fast they managed the work. They got most of it done the first day and might have gotten it all done if I hadn't wanted to choose my own timer. The most amazing part is how clean the job site was. There was not a pine needle left, nor a speck of sawdust anywhere. They cleaned off the veranda, the side yard, and the driveway so it was all spotless. The second day they got the rest of the work done. Not only is the gravel all back in place, but they pulled the weeds and cleaned up all the mess. As a bonus, they left the old parts so I could see that they had indeed replaced them with new ones. I am thrilled with the work. Daniel Ramirez is exceedingly pleasant and professional. He is committed to making sure that you are happy - he offered to move my timer down 2" because it is just above my eye level.. And I absolutely have never had a job site left so neat. I am already planning the next project.

Contacted Ramierez. Returned call within 24 hours. Setup a time for estimate. He came out himself and we went over what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate for the work and scheduled a time on the spot. His crew came out with him and they did the work very fast. As I inspected, he had his team clean up behind us as I found things that were missed, or not done to my liking. Overall a very good experience. Price quoted was high, but I'm still happy with the work done.

I called Mr. Ramirez because of the positive reports I read on Angies' list. He called back the next day and came that evening to evaluate the job (that was a Friday). He said he wouldn't be able to actually complete the job until the following Thursday because of his schedule but could have some of his guys come the next day (Saturday) and get some of the work started. He came the next day and removed four very large Oleander bushes (had to use a small bulldozer to pull them out of the ground) and cleaned up most of the area quite well. The following Thursday, as planned, he came with a couple other workers and started the work around 10:30. The work was completed by the end of the day. They not only did a superb job in a timely fashion, but cleaned up the area as if no work had been done!! Was a really good experience and the difference in how the side of the house looks is great. I would definitely use Daniel Ramirez again.

he did a great job. his guys worked hard in the 100 degree sun and did the job in about 2 days. i gave 10% down and the rest when the job was finished. my yard looks brand new compared to dead palms and oleanders.

Received return call immediately from Daniel; came to the house and wrote an estimate the same day. Scheduled for the next week. Crew arrived as scheduled and began work upon arrival. Work continued for four days, as scheduled, with cleanup done at end of work each day. Crew was very professional and worked extremely hard.

Very satisfied. He followed through on everything. No pressure.

Spoke to Daniel, explained what I needed, made an appt . he arrived on time and did a great job.
