Description of Work: Was prompt in providing me with an estimate for the work I wanted done. His estimate was in the middle of three estimates I obtained. However, he wanted a 61% down payment. It appeared on the surface that the company was not finanically well enough to do the services without a very large down payment, because when I asked him why he needed such a large down payment he stated that he needed to rent a truck and be in a position to pay for the landscape rock prior to delivery etc. Therefore, I chose not to ued his services
