Fast, courteous, professional.

The drip system for the plants leaked the first time I used it. It was repaired, but not too promptly. Another leak developed shortly thereafter and was repaired. The on off valve continued to leak and when I complained, I was told it was probably due to vandalism. They replaced the leaking valve, but the leaks resulted in my water bill more than doubling for July.Two of the lantana plants died and initialy Tim from QCL said that they wouldn't replace them, but eventually they did. Another of my existing plants died from constant watering. The workers cut my cable line and I was without internet for a week. Grass is already coming back in spots in the rock landscaping.

Plumber repaired the pipe properly and stopped the leak.

I was very impressed by their professionality. The estimate was free of charge. Their knowledge and professional attitude really stood out to me. Their rates were very competitive but their knowledge was much higher than most of the other estimates that I got. I felt like I was beginning a much more professional job for a better price than some of the other estimates that I got. I think that they do a very good job. I've seen quite a bit of their work and I've seen their book portfolio. I haven't had them do the job but that's just because I'm leaving for the bank. So that's definitely on my list to do it. I will use their services again in the future.

The project couldn't have gone any easier. They did what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it.

The workers showed up on time and completed the work in one day. Quality did all they could to bring their best crew in to get the work done ASAP. We weren't in a huge rush, but nonetheless, Quality didn't sit back and wait on us but were proactive to get work done quickly. They did a great job of cleanup and went above the call of duty to get hard to reach places.

The company showed up on time on the first day of work, and even called the night before to verify timing and directions. When they arrived they rang the doorbell, introduced themselves, and asked if they could run down everything one more time to let us know what they'd be doing that day. I was very impressed that the owner of the company was one of the men I met, and that he was here for the duration of the project. These guys worked their tails off all day long! I think they must have taken lunch breaks one at a time because there was never a break in work all day. They started their day around 8 am and left around 5 pm. They showed up the next morning around 7:30 and again worked hard all day. They left around the same time as the day before. They were very courteous and friendly with my family while they completed the work. They showed up the last morning around 7:30 again to seal the new patio. When it was completed the gentleman who gave us the estimate came to receive the check and gave us a quick rundown on how long to stay off the concrete and thanked us for our business. The gentleman who did the sealing also rang the doorbell and told us when he was done, how long to stay off the concrete, and thanked us again for our business. These guys were professional, hard working, and friendly. If we ever have concrete needs in the future, we will absolutely use them!

Called to get an estimate; because of my job I had a very narrow window that I would be home and they were able to accomadate me with same day services. Estimator came out and without talking about what I wanted I showed him the problem areas. I then asked him his opinions. He explained what he would do and why. I then offered my ideas and he explained why some ideas would work and others wouldn't. We came to an acceptable design and he explained how it would be accomplished in detail and about payments. They do not use day labors which was important to me, plus no sub contractors. Price was high but not for the quality of work.

The word I use to describe Quality Concrete and Landscaping is professional. We set up a time to do the estimate for the the landscaping. That day, he was running 15 min late, but unlike other companies we called to give an estimate, he called to tell us. While at our house, he was very polite, calling us sir and maam. He gave us an estimate on the spot, which was refreshing after having to wait days, even weeks for others to get back to us. The day the work started, the owner of the company came and supervised the 10 man crew. Before pouring or building anything, they came and asked if it was exactly what we wanted. The work was done quickly, but correctly. After each day, they made sure our yard was clean. They picked up all cans and bottles, and hosed down the driveway, street, etc. We can not attest to how the product will do over the years, but our experience with this company has been excellent so far.
