They said that is nothing. Didn't get registered in their system that this actually happened. The company had changed their emergency alarm monitoring to a different company. They failed to let us know. when we needed to call for a failure in the middle of the night was no one to contact. They came and said that it happened because the alarm was out of battery. It was changed and we were charged for it. then the alarm did it again when my wife and two daughters were alone at home. They tech suggested my wife was over reacting to this. We not longer feel protected or safe with this company. We are not longer contracting their services and they still are charging us money. In their records they have been able to 'capture' the services they say they provide. In reality other conversation, agreements were in place at the time of service. The service doesn't reflect what they promised in the fine print. This is just my experience, unfortunately with them. Really wish better reviews from other customers.
