I am immensely grateful to ProAV for their outstanding service in installing my home theater in-ceiling surround system. After a previous disappointing experience with another company, ProAV's expertise and professionalism were a breath of fresh air. Not only did they simplify the process, but their pricing was also more reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Kevin and Pro AV were phenomenal! From start to finish, he hit all aspects that I was looking for the installation of my security cameras; price, customer service, quality of work. He came way below the price other companies without diminishing the quality of the equipment. I know for sure I will be using them for my future AV needs. Kevin was fantastic! A+ In a field where many technicians have no idea what they are doing, this is an exceptional company. Very competent, responsive and affordable. Kevin came into our new home to do a total low voltage correction after our prior low voltage “pro” completely wired things wrong or not at all. Pro AV went above and beyond to ensure our security cameras, speakers and AV equipment were working correctly. You can rest assured that you have hired the best after hiring Kevin with Pro AV. I would trust no one else with my low voltage needs.
