Description of Work: I had a major leak in my flat roof after a heavy rain. Several roofers came out. All tod me I needed new roof for thousands. Then Phillips/Hoover came. I was told the problem was clogged roof drains (my house is surrounded by huge pines). Ther cleaned the drains and repaired the interior damage quickly, professionally and were very reasonably priced. What do your know, an HONEST roofer!

Description of Work: Requested an estimate to paint exterior of house. Samuel went to house with a painter to look at house. They arrived right on time if not a few minutes early. They said I would receive an estimate via email and I did not. I called and left a voice mail inquiring about the estimate and have yet to hear back.

Description of Work: wonderful job .did it to city codes, not like some of the other bids i got and they the other bids did not meet city codes . the other bids were about the same price if not more, and they would say if u get another bid lower, we can work around it .. i highly recommended this company .

Description of Work: Excellent communication and prompt response to calls and inquiries. Provided a couple of options and offered a good price on the work to be done. Completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up their debris without hesitation once they were asked to do so. Provided local references for other work as well. Thanks!

Description of Work: They did an outstanding job the work was completed on time, on budget, and their crew was very professional and neat. The follow up after the sale was unexpected, David Hoover came out to inspect the roof to make sure there were no leaks and see if I was satisfied with the work. If your considering a roofer these guys are for real, they won't let you down.
