 + -1 moreI called Phil's Plumbing and spoke with Shannon. Shannon was polite, courteous and responsive. About a half hour later, Brian called me to let me know when he would arrive. He immediately knew what the problem was i.e. that roots had followed the pipeline into the base of the toilet. He removed the toilet and showed me the visible roots at the base of the toilet. He removed the roots; poured muriatic acid around the base to kill the soil to prevent or inhibit future rooting from occurring. From the time I spoke to Shanon until Brian had completed the entire job and clean up was less than 3 hours.
Description of Work: Cleared a clogged toilet.

 + 0 moreOverall, the work was well done. As the plumber was working, he explained what would have to be done as well as an explanation of what was done and the charges.
Description of Work: There was trouble with the drains in the sinks and shower. The air conditioner also needed to be set up for the summer. They were very thorough and explained what was going to be done. I have used this provider in the past and have been very satisfied with their work and work ethic.
