Pest Defense Solutions is a locally owned and operated, full service pest control company serving the greater El Paso Metro Area. We fully guarantee our service with a free re-service policy. We offer one-time, bi-monthly, and quarterly services. Our standard service for insect pests includes an exterior power spray. Standard treatment areas include: exterior perimeter, eaves, around windows and doors, rock walls/fence-lines, and lawns. Our very thorough exterior service prevents insect pests from entering your home, making interior application optional. We accept credit card payments.

"We actually did show up to your first appointment on time on Thursday. You told the technician, instead of calling the office, to reschedule to Friday 5-7pm. The office didn't see your request until the weekend, so we tried reaching out to you again on Monday. This was a simple office error- the technician simply forgot to notify the office to put you on the route for Friday. We apologize for missing the rescheduled service. We are a human company, and we wish you could forgive us for this simple error. We offer a great service and we would still be willing to earn your business by offering a discount on your initial service. I assure you that your F rating does not reflect the quality of our service."

"I'm sorry you feel this way. I never even performed work at your house. You were wanting an estimate for pigeon control, and based on my visit to your house I made it clear to you that we would be unable to do the job because your roof was too high. You were asking us to exclude pigeons from an area greater than 25 feet up, and at the time I did not have a ladder that could reach that high. It is unfortunate that you would give me an "F" because I was unable to do the job. This job was beyond my scope to complete, and instead of taking the job, I was honest and upfront with you about my inability to complete it. I would never take a job that I could not safely and effectively complete. You refer to me as being unprepared to do the estimate- if you expected me to show up to your home with a 30 ft ladder to merely give you a quote, that is unfair and unreasonable, as most jobs are not completed at the time the estimate is given. You also refer to the technician as lacking the knowledge to complete the job. I am the owner and I am the technician you were referring to. It was not a lack of competence, it was a lack of equipment. I perform many pigeon jobs around El Paso, and I have many satisfied customers. It is unfortunate to me that you would slander my company based on a short, honest, and from my perspective, a rather cordial interaction. FYI- I have since purchased a 28 ft. ladder based on my desire to complete pigeon services at taller buildings."

The service went great. Everything was done, as stated, and the gentleman that came out did a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond with our large lot, so we decided to go with their annual service plan. I can't remember his name, but his service gave us the confidence we needed to sign up. They've been flexible with scheduling, and everything else. Everyone else we've dealt with has been very professional throughout all of our dealings with them, and we look forward to their continued service. A+

Technician was punctual courteous and knowledgable. Even put booties on when in the house. He explained issues he found and provided good guidance when and what type of future treatments should occur. Very satisfied with service and so far no issues

after I signed the contract I read that they only do the outside not inside unless there is a problem on repeat visits during contract time-was confusing to me future cost of service is 67.00 per treatment Phil was great did good job very professional but confused about contract ie outside or inside on request

I think they did what they were supposed to do. I had terrible red ants. I couldn't go out the door and walk out there. The backyard is much, much better. They were coming out every couple of months and I have them come out quarterly now. They said they couldn't guarantee it if they came out quarterly. They use what's supposed to be harmless to pets and animals. I just put water in my deck because I like to watch the birds come and fly away. It's much, much better. My dogs got out and I put a piece of wood across the gate. They are very patient. They move the wood up and put a couple of jack stands, hold the wood without pushing it and get out because of the little dog. They can get squeezed between the fence. They are really good about it. They put the wood back up there and put it back to where it was. They are absolutely wonderful. I had called someone else once before to take a tree out and they cleaned up my yard. They cut the yard so short that almost all the grass died. Now I have some grass left but if they had not come and sprayed there wouldn't be any. They are very helpful. They do a good job. The man that I talked to was Jacob. He was the one that I originally signed up with. I have them for about a year. I changed every other month to quarterly now. The stuff that they spray is dangerous and it's not good for me. They do it and I don't have to touch it. It's poisonous. I don't know if it shortens your lifespan to do that. Even if they say it's harmless to pets and stuff, I'm not sure. My pets are still here. I told them I didn't want it in the house and they didn't come in the house. They have always been polite. They are really good. They call before they come. They let me know the day before so I can unlock the gate because it's locked.

They are on time and I have good experience with them. They call before they go. They give me heads up before they do anything in the house. They are prompt and very on the dot. It?s easy to make a schedule.

We have a contract with them. We don't see them very much. They come, do it and leave. We're having problems with bees right now in our front yard.
