They answered the phone right away. I called at 10 a.m. and they were at the house at 12:30. He called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up and within 15 minutes had the pipe replaced. We both noticed that the water pressure was too low to operate the shower. He did some troubleshooting and had that problem fixed in about 1/2 an hour. He was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate to call Oasis plumbing again. They were excellent.

Called at 9AM today and he had it fixed by 4PM today.

I found this plumber thru Angie's List. He was highly recommended. I called to have him come out try to find a terrible smell that was coming from my floor drains in the bathrooms. He told me that they were probably dry and to pour water down them first, before he headed this way and had to charge me. It worked - they smell went away immediately! I can't believe he was so helpful and unselfish.

Oasis was great. I called on a Friday morning (the leak occurred Thursday night) and Oasis said they could get to it on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday so it was a holiday weekend). I had sealed off one side of the sink so we could use the disposal and the dishwasher and one side of the sink, so we could make it until Tuesday, but early Friday afternoon Oasis called and said they could be there around 4:00 PM. The plumber arrived promptly and stayed well past 5:00 PM (the clogged pipe required him to go on the roof and feed a snake down the pipe) so he could do everything we asked. The service was quick the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Oasis and will definitely use them again.

The problems were fixed within one hour. I was very satisfied with the work and ease at managing the problem.

He and his family were always friendly when we passed by on walks so we hoped for the best. Now, I would not hire another person unless he recommended it. I know he will tell me what he can and can't do and I trust him in that respect. He will also recommend someone that is trustworthy. Since then we moved to another house and still call him. My Mother also moved into town and we had to do some things to get a basement apartment running and he was very creative in solving the problem of bringing in water and gas lines. He is always calm and thinks things through and often comes up with very creative solutions. I have learned to just let him take care of it as he will always do what needs to be done and have better and more ideas than I might be able to come up with. I now live in a historic home and when I moved in I at first wanted to update all the plumbing fixtures as I only need to keep the exterior historic but he talked me into staying with what was there but he replaced the worn parts to make it like new. He felt that in a historic home it a more honest representation. He was right and I am glad to have listened to him. My Mother's basement got flooded not long ago and he checked out all the plumbing and figured out what the problem was and recommended people to clean up the mess. It was not a plumbing problem at all as a family member had left water running all weekend next to the basement wall on an upper level while we were out of town. We had about 5 inches of water in the basement. Today his son came along to help out. Hopefully, he is trying to learn the business. Angie's List is new in our area and since I was already aware of it and glad to hear we were getting it started in our area I signed up. Just for fun, I looked up Plumbers (because I knew I would need one soon) I was just checking to see how much information was posted and I was very pleased to find there were only a couple of plumbers listed and of course Mando was already listed. That did not surprise me at all because he is honest, smart and easy to work with. The price is always reasonable but best of all the work is always done right. $173 and I had four things to fix. I highly recommend this person. I trust this plumber and did not bother go through the process of getting estimates.

I called late one afternoon - he suggested that he show up at 9am the next morning and he was there right on time. The estimate was reasonable, I thought - the final bill turned out to be somewhat higher because of some unanticipated problems with the supply lines to the bathroom faucet but I had no problem with that. He was able to extract the broken shower pipe through a 2" hole in the tile using an ingenious technique that he had devised. I had been most concerned about that project and was elated. I have a hard time thinking of anything that wasn't completely satisfactory - there was some minor clean-up needed after he left. But it only took me a few minutes and I would definitely use Oasis Plumbing again in the future if needed.

This is a one man operation and he is rated highly in my book. He is very reputable and capable of basically anything. Plumbers are not cheap, but he does a good job and you get what you pay for. I don't have to worry that he will have to come back and fix something. Once it is done the first time, the work is done forever.
