+ -1 moreScheduled promptly but did not communicate clearly when Nu Touch had to reschedule. Showed on on time and did an excellent job on the rescheduled date. Reduced the bill by $25.00 due to the rescheduling snafu.

bathtub refinishing
+ -1 moreTwo months later had to have them come out to correct bubbling and peeling at bottom of tub. Hard to get ahold of-won't answer the phone, and doesn't show up when he says he will. Gave 5 yr. warranty. Few months later, bottom of tub peeling gain. We went ahead and had new tile put in around the tub, which damaged very easily in 08/09. Called Mr. Quintana and told him and he agreed to fix it for $65.00. After that, he NEVER showed up, did not answer the phone, and does NOT return phone calls. Won't give refund either.
