Fantastic. Casey was great to work with and was extremely punctual. I wasn't sure when they would be able to come because of other projects going on but he worked with me and the communication was great. Guys came in, taped everything off, sprayed and cleaned up. Absolutely no complaints. Only great things to say about every aspect of the job - from estimate to completion. Can't stress enough how great Casey is.

Overall we are happy with both types of insulation. However, the foam is an expensive, complex, temperature-sensitive application process and the crew experienced several equipment problems, many of which were probably normal but which were made even more difficult and time-consuming because our location was in a rural area. We also experienced some issues with lack of planning and communication with them, but again the location was also a factor. The crew seemed to do the best they could in spite of it all, but the project ended up taking much longer than expected. It was also far messer than we expected. In spite of precautions, overspray seemed to go everywhere and required a lot of cleaning and scraping. They did most of it as promised, but we had to do some more as well. Good news is that thanks to the foam, the building is tight and requires very little to maintain temperature. In fact, during the winter months ( the main furnaces were not hooked up yet) just one or two small space heaters kept almost 4000 sq.ft comfortable enough to work in.. Well worth the time, money and effort and while we don't yet know how well it will handle a West Texas summer, we're optimistic. We will probably add another metal storage building in the future and while we'll be a lot more realistic about what all is involved, we would use New Era for the insulation.
Description of Work: Closed-cell foam Insulation was sprayed inside the exterior walls of a large metal building and fiberglas batts were installed in the interior walls.

I found New Era when searching online for spray foam companies in my area. They were one of three companies I contacted about insulation and the only one to contact me back. Rob came right out and did an estimate and then emailed me a copy. He explained the differences in open and closed cell foam and what he recommended for my garage. I called and scheduled them to come out the following Monday. The crew Rob sent arrived early and they were very polite and professional. They took the time to cover my entire garage in plastic and answer every question I had before they started. They did an above average job. They cleaned up and even offered to haul away my old fibber glass insulation for me. Rob came by to check their work before they left and make sure I was happy with the finished product. I would definetly recommend choosing spray foam over traditional insulation and I would also recommend choosing New Era to install it.
Description of Work: I had spray foam insulation installed in the ceiling of my garage.
