+ -1 moreOverall, it was a very positive experience. From the initial telephone contact to Mr. Pratt's departure, everything was conducted in a most professional yet cordial manner.
Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Rick Pratt (new owner) regarding problems with our home computer and he made an appointment for the next day. He arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled time and began the computer services I had requested. Problems receiving eMail, changing print size and fonts on out-going eMails and lost eMail folders were professionally examined and corrected. Mr. Pratt explained the procedures he went through as the work was performed. There was no wasted time but neither was the work rushed in any way. During the one hour that he was on the computer, Mr. Pratt also updated some programs, reset the defrag schedule and, explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. At all times, he was most cordial and very professional.

+ -1 moreI am very dissatisfied with them. They initially said my computer would be ready within 24 hours, but it took them about 3 - 4 days. They put a software on my computer that is for 3 machines, but I only have one machine. Then they charged me for the whole thing. The problem is also still there with the bug, in fact I'd say it's even worse now. I am getting all kinds of pop ups. I noticed all of this so I called them and they were being difficult to work with. So then, I stopped payment on the check and now I am still trying to get them to fix my computer. They must be so busy they don't even know I exist. I don't know why they are not responding to me, it is very strange and it has been 2 weeks. This whole thing has taken up about 4 hours of my time between taking my computer there, picking it up, talking with them, etc. They charge $65/hour which I think is ridiculous because they will charge for more time than it would actually take them to fix the computer. I am computer saavy so I know what it takes to fix the problem.
Description of Work: Nerdz 4 Rent cleared a bug from my computer.
