They were very friendly and courteous. Their work was well done and they were clean; they even cleaned up and vacuumed. They also have a lifetime warranty on the windows. Also they did not ask for money up front, or for a down payment, which is very good.

After replacing our garage door we noticed how shabby the door frame looked against the new door. The project manager suggested a redo using aluminum to protect the frames on both doors. They repaired damaged areas and capped the frames in a color that matches the doors and gives the entry ways a bold new look. It looked so good that I had them install aluminum caps on the soffit panels under the roof line. The upgrades will protect against weather deterioration and eliminate maintenance in the aluminized areas. I appreciate the superior workmanship that went into the completion of this project. I would definitely hire them again as the need arises.

After being scammed out of a deposit/windows from Window Gallery (Owner - Terry Hew Len), Modern Exteriors was HEAVEN SENT! If only we had of hired/used them in beginning. Honestly, being very gun shy to re-order windows, these guys restored my faith in how a first-class business should conduct themselves. They are 100% professional, honest, on time, knowledgeable, and they get the job done efficiently within a short frame of time. Federico Rodriquez is straightforward and was a pleasure to work with. We would with out-a-doubt use Modern Exteriors again for any future work!
