+ -1 moreHe completed the job, but there is a defect in the equipment used; after 4 weeks, this guy will not answer the phone and will not come to repair the damage that the leaks have caused. I have notified the city of El Paso and I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the El Paso District Attorney's office under the deceptive business practice policy.
Description of Work: He installed an ac unit at my house and after a month I have a leak dripping from my ceiling in my home. A hole was placed in the ceiling to allow the water to drip down into a bucket. Defective equipment installed.
