The young man was very punctual, professional and polite. He used edge protectors to keep the hoses from rubbing on my furniture and also cleaned up any water drippings that we made during the cleaning process. He was done in under an hour, which was excellent because I always have things to do and places to be. I was also able to get an estimate to have my 3 bedroom home carpet cleaned and will most likely be calling them again.

I have used Mighty Clean to clean the carpet in my home at least three times. After using other carpet cleaning companies in the past, after I used Mighty Clean I saw an immediate difference. I am impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and expertise. The owner, Dean, has done an excellent job in training his staff, and they take pride in their work. I always have them spray my carpet with Teflon after cleaning it because it really helps repel future stains. This adds to the overall price, but it is totally worth the investment. Mighty Clean also sends out a monthly newsletter to their customers, and it's a charming and informative newsletter. This is a company committed to excellence, and I can recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

Overall Mighty Clean was a very user-fiendly service that I'd use again and recommend to others. We had a misunderstanding on the actual service to be performed which required a rescheduling on the planned day of the cleaning. They were able to reschedule for the following morning. It took four people just over three hours to clean my four bedroom house. I was satisfied with the cleaning.

The crew called ahead to let us know they were on the way and arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled time. After going over what we needed we agreed to the quoted price and they began. The two people who made up the crew were very professional and did an excellent job. We could not have been more satisfied!

Have worked with Mighty Clean three times now on two houses over a two - three year period . The work is always of a high caliber with work performed efficiently and on time. On first contact I wanted to scotch guard a new carpet, they gave me a lesson on new carpet and suggested I wait about 6 months before cleaning the carpet and redoing the scotch guard. Nice to find a company that puts customer care over immediate income. Been using them ever since, honesty and high quality always work for me.

We bought a house, and while it wasn't absolutely filthy, the carpets had some stains and looked overall pretty worn, the grout on the ceramic floor-tiles was dirty (especially in the kitchen) and everything was quite dusty. With the hours we work, my husband and I agreed that this was not something we would be able to tackle ourselves and decided to look for a company to do it. We did some extensive research online (including Angie's List and BBB site) and decided to try Mighty Clean. I called the number on their website to setup an appointment for them to see the place and give an estimate. Spoke to Dean, who I believe is the owner of the company. He was on the road, so he took our number and said his wife will call back to set up an appointment. She did call back as promised, and we set up an appointment for them to look through the house. They called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment. Dean showed up with another guy, and looked through the house - it's just over 2000 sq.ft; empty, with ceramic tile in the common areas + the 2 bathrooms and carpet in 4 bedrooms and a large game room. I told them we would like to have the pantry cupboards (inside and out) and kitchen counter wiped down, the fireplace facade cleaned, windows washed inside and out and the blinds cleaned as well as the baseboards, tile and carpet floors. The quote was broken down to indicate an itemized cost for different jobs that were included (for example, for the carpet cleaning they quoted their "Platinum Carpet Cleaning package" with which they offer to come and re-clean any carpet areas that happen to get dirty during the moving-in process). The total came to $1200+ and they estimated that it will be a full-day job - roughly 6 hours or more; and because it's all in one location, with everything bundled they quoted to do the full job for $845. This was a bit more than we had hoped to spend, but weighing the option, we felt it is money probably worth spending, so we agreed and set up a date for them to do the cleaning. They showed up promptly for the job on the agreed-upon date. They were cleaning in the house from 9.30AM - 4.30PM. I wasn't around on that day, and my husband was the one who was there to pay them etc. once they finished. He came home and told me that he thought they did a great job. I went to see the place the day after and I couldn't believe we had the same carpets! They did a fantastic job with everything - not a spot of dust and the grout of the tiles in the high-traffic areas of the house now match the rest of the floor (the difference was clear before the cleaning). Not only did they did a great job, they also called the next day to check if we were happy with the job. And a couple of days later we received a thank you note in the mail! Seriously, I can't say enough good things about these guys - their communication, punctuality, value for money, job performance and customer service were all outstanding. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

We phoned and received an estimate and appointment. The crew arrived a little late, but had phoned ahead to indicate that they had experienced some unexpected delays. They cleaned the carpet and left it looking almost like new. Aftewards, we received a follow-up call by the business. They were professional in every way. They were excellent.

From setting the appointment to billing, Mighty Clean lived up to their commitments. Great communication with the customer. Professional in every way.
