I have been using them for four years. They are excellent. I like dealing with this company. Their service is excellent and their professionalism is out standing. They broke a figurine that was up on the cabinets -you actually would not really notice and I probably would not notice that they had broken it but, they left a note on their after action report (they do an after action report every time they clean) saying, 'We broke the figurine, please give us a call and let us know the approximate cost.'I was so impressed by their honesty and I told them not to worry about it.

They didn't do a good job. I broke the contract and they charged me for that.

They are on time and friendly. They do a good job. Any problems I've had are addressed and rectified promptly.

Merry maids has been cleaning my home for three years. I chose them because I was told they are bonded, professional, and reliable. During this long time with them, they replaced broken items, changed the cleaning teams several times and would ask how they could come out to fix what was not finished if I was unhappy. However, over the last few months, the cleaning was not to my standards. (Toilets not scrubbed clean under rim; Mopped floors in kitchen still dirty; counters not wiped down) I recently had the floor tile grout cleaned and sealed, and requested the ladies use a different cleaner on my floors so as not to damage or dirty the new floors. They didn't like the new floor cleaner, and asked me to sign a waiver concerning damage due to the new cleaner. I went in to their office stop their service, and was handed my key, no questions asked. Since I had them clean my home every other week for the last three years, I expected to be asked why I terminating their service. I was disappointed that they did not ask what they could do to convince me to stay with them. I could only guess that they wanted more money, since I was paying the same amount for so long, or they didn't have enough help to continue to come to my home.

They did an excellent job. They did very, very minor details. They got into the chandelier, the ceiling fans, they scrubbed the boards on the walls. They worked really hard and did an really good job.

I am not satisfied with Angie's List either, because I paid for something that I did not receive.

I used them a few times, but their prices were so high, I had to find someone else. They showed up on time usually in pairs, but only one spoke english which was minimal at that. They were professional, but as I stated very overpriced so I will not be using them again

Cleaned the house very well. Timely and courteous. Somewhat over priced. Broke a few items over several months and didn't tell me - which really annoyed me. Some teams were very good and others not so good with the details (cleaning under throw carpets, polishing wooden furniture, etc).

The problem with them was their turnover. The office was poorly run and the professionalism from the office was an F. I would not recommend them to anybody. The girls who came out to clean were great, but it was how the office was run that made our final decision for us. Since we cancelled our contract with them, I have reported their practices to the BBB.

I discovered after they left that several things had not been done. 4 windows in my living room at ceiling, 3 screens on French doors and a slider, 3-6 upper slats on 30+ blinds had not been dusted and due to yanking the blinds one blind unit was broken and had to be repaired.
