Description of Work: They installed a thermostat that I am not sure was needed and charged extra because it was a weekend. Then a week later the air conditioner started leaking from the condenser line and came through the ceiling. They were called back and said they had to charge us another fee for the visit. I said they should have checked the a/c the first time they were here. I also had a yearly contract with them for my heating and a/c. However, they said this was not covered under the contract and that you only got 3 visits a year for the contract which cost almost $500.00. They said someone would call to follow up but I never received a phone call. I will never call them again because they are too expensive and use too many excuses to charge more fees. They used to be a good company several years ago but I think they have grown to fast and the quality has certainly gone down hill.

 + -1 moreThey came out when they said they were going to. They overcharged me for the materials and I was shocked when I had to pay that much. I felt taken advantage of with the parts.

Once I told him I was going to replace my evaporative unit instead of a refrigerated unit,he was no longer responsive. He was to call me back with a quote for the evaproative unit and did not. I had to call him. The quote I received was not in writing, just a guess. I was quoted $400 more for the same unit that I purchased from another company.

 + -1 moreI have used them many time and they are punctual. I have an annual contract where they come thrice a year. I felt that they were pricey for one job but the rest was good. They are professional and are appropriately dressed. They look like representatives of a professional company. They are good with the routine service but not so good with the extra service.
