 + -1 moreEven though our needs where different then what she was offering she was on time and very nice. Would recommend her to any one needing a home cleaned out for resale or rental.
Description of Work: Very professional! She was wonderful even though our request was to be a weekly or bi weekly for house cleaning in general, she offered to be assistance.

 + -1 moreFirst contact with Joe and Delores Aguilar was by observing them clean and fix up a foreclosed house that was in bad condition. We were truly impressed with their work. And asked for a quote on getting our home ready to go on the market. The original quote was for $500.00 however, when we determined that it was necessary to repaint the Master bedroom, Garage and Garage floor, several doors, a couple of extra closets, and a bedroom ceiling, the price increased, however not excessively for the amount of work that had to be done. Both Joe and Delores would point out things that we had to pay attention to, and ask if they should go ahead and do it, the answer was always yes. They treated our house as if it was theirs, with care and attention to detail. We were impressed by their work ethics.
Description of Work: Prepped our home for resale. Cleaned entire house top to bottom (less carpet cleaning). Painted Master bedroom, garage, garage floor, 5 closets. Patched all nail holes, and spot painted all other rooms.
