His attention to detail is amazing. He dug a huge trench to put a pipe in, and then I was concerned when my dogs went out they'd be rolling around in the mud, but he refilled the hole and put rocks there specifically so they couldn't do that, without me telling him. It's very rare I found an excellent contractor.

He has done very good work thus far. He has a good attention to detail and exhibits creativity on how best to use the space.

The contractor was very professional and reasonable for the quality of the work delivered. He was very patient with the job and my requests. There were many mistakes done by the previous contractor that either had to be completely redone or somehow incorporated into the finished product. All were handled extremely well. One example were the niches in the surround. Other estimates did not include them as they were deemed too much trouble for such a small space, yet they were done beautifully. His attention to detail shows well in the completed bathroom. The tile work is beautiful. When doing the drywall and texturing, I noticed some blemishes and he agreed and redid them. He works well and always communicates where he is in the job and was on time. If work he had scheduled wasn't done, he stayed until he finished. Great experience and I will definitely use him for other work.

He did a excellent job installing the new tile. Very professional. They finished on Friday night. He neeeded to install some transition strips between the carpet and the new tile floor which he did not have with him. He came back on Monday in the AM and installed the strips as promised. I will definately use him again.

Everything went well. Very hard and responisble worker.. Place close attention to detail. Made sure everything was done correctly.

Robert is trustworthy and a good worker. No issues.

Mand J FLOORING From the first phone call to the last of the clean up Robert was very professional. After describing the work that needed to be done he gave me an ROUGH estimate (on the phone) of cost and time it would take. and quot;I can give you the cost after I see what has to be done.and quot; After a full day at another job he agreed to come to my location and give me the actual cost. After seeing what needed to be done his cost would be what he estimated (I had already received a much higher estimate from a second company). Even though the time of day was later than most would have started the work (and quot;I will complete this tonight if that's OK with youand quot;). Robert was very careful patient and explain the way I wanted it done, would be look better and work better if it was done a different way. Clean up after work was carefully completed. This morning the area looked as it did before the damage occurred. If you buy/sell on ebay you know a 5 star rating is the highest you can get. I have no hesitation in giving Mand J FLOORING (Robert) my highest recommendation to anyone.

I called this company earlier in the week to make an appointment for an estimate to measure to do ceramic tile countertops and backsplash for a kitchen remodeling project. The appointment was for 9:00 AM today and here it is 9:30 -- no show, no call about being late. If a person can't even be trusted to show up on time or call to indicate he will be late for an appointment, why would I entrust him to perform work?

EVERYTHING WAS DONE EXACTLY THE WAY I WANTED AT FIRST IT WAS A LITTLE AWKWARD BECAUSE WE COULDN'T COMMUNICATE VERY WELL, BUT HE DID UNDERSTAND MY EXACT IDEA AND DID THE JOB EXACTLY AS I EXPECTED TO BE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND FINISH THE WORK BY THE TIME IT WAS SUPPOSED. THE WORK LOOKS AMAZING AND VERY CLEAN HE WAS CAREFUL TO COVER THE TRAFFIC AREAS WITH HUGE PLASTIC SO THERE WASN'T THAT MUCH MESS LIKE I HAVE SEEN IN THE PAST WITH OTHER WORKERS. I ACTUALLY FOUND THIS COMPANY ON CRAIGSLIST BUT SINCE HE TOLD ME HE WAS LISTED ALSO ON THIS PAGE AND RECOMMENDED TO ME I DECIDED TO WRITE HIM A REVIEW TO SAY I AM ABSOLUTELY HAPPY WITH MY REMODELING AND DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND THEM.
