About us

Los Gueros Construction is owned and operated out of El Paso, Tx. We have a combined experience of over 50 years in the selling, aquisition, and installation of building material products. We specialize in complete renovation in both the Commercial and Residential markets. We are licensed in El Paso as well as the State of Texas and we carry a million dollar liability insurance policy. We use only licensed sub contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.). We supply performance bonds as required to perform any remodeling product. We do require 10% down and schedule payments throughout the project. A retainage amount of 10% is held by owner until satisfied completely and an Affidavit of Completion is signed by owner and contractor. All labor is warrantied one year from contract date. All material is warrantied by manufacturer.

We are a full line remodel/renovation construction company. We are equipped to read, understand, and inplement blue print designs of proposed work. We work directly with owner to meet the goals established by the owner. We work on both Commercial and Residential remodel/renovation projects.

Services we don't offer

We do not perform asbestos surveys; however, we can assist in locating firm to work with owner to complete any project involving asbestos removel. We do not supply architect/engineer documents associated with the project. We do work with the architect & engineer as needed to complete the project.
