Excellent and thourgh service!

Terrible service, the maids did not do a detailed work, always on their phone, and if you want to pay to have the maids make false complaints about child abuse then hire them, yes they called CPS and made false reports even the social worker saw nothing of the lies they made up, these maids are jealous because they work all day to get $30 out of the $220 I paid for their services. I do not recommend at all!

The initial cleaning with two maids was fabulous! We just started the regular weekly one maid cleaning so jury still out. My evaluation was on service to date

I had talked to 3 cleaning companies and had 3 estimates. I met with Linda from Lone Star and decided to try them.Teresa and Lorena , from Lone Star, started at 9am and deep cleaned my 4000sq foot house. They were supposed to finish at 5pm but kept going until 8pm. My house needed a deep clean as I had moved from OH and had just managed to keep up with basic cleaning in between unpacking.( Months of dust). Lot more dust in El Paso than I am used to. My house was stunning after the ladies had finished. Amazing work ethic. Lone star will be doing routine cleaning in my house biweekly. with a deep clean every 6 months. I still have my 5000sq foot house in OH which requires 3 cleaning ladies for deep clean (not half as good a job as Lone Star). My EP house is deceptively large and in hindsight 3 cleaners would have been better so the ladies did not have to clean until 8pm. Outstanding job Lone Star.

Easy to work with, thorough, fast response, attention to detail

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a professional company. The actual work from from the ladies was descent however they damaged several of my blinds while cleaning. Customer Service from Linda Alvarado was horrible. She insisted that her workers did not bend the blinds. I had told her that I would pay for services when damages to the blinds were credited to my account or replaced. Instead of helping me, she filed a report for theft of services. I had hired her for several cleanings at $105 per cleaning, and this is how she decided to treat her customer. Cleaning is good when they do not damage things, but not worth the hassle with Linda.

I contacted Lone Star Maids and they came to the house and gave me a quote that afternoon. I was able to schedule the deep clean the house the next day. They ladies who cleaned the house did an excellent job!

The ladies were very good and nice and left the house spotless.

Hired them to clean my house. They arrived on time and did a through job. I am going to try them on a monthly basis.

Very pleased - good communication before, during and after my scheduled cleaning. Cleaners were punctual, professional, and efficient - no backtracking, very thorough. This was a move-out cleaning, my realtor was impressed with the quality of work. Worth every penny!

We were very happy to come home to a super clean house. It was one less stress I had to deal with.
