Mr. Terrazas the owner is very undependable. He started talking to us about the project in December 2019, he gave us prices for the project. In a subtle way, he propositioned me. I explained I just wanted the work done professionally for me and my husband. Mr. Terrazas came back and gave us a high price, but we agreed under the understanding that he would complete the work in 3 weeks for 13000. Consider that his first verbal estimate was for 11000 to enclose a balcony. Then in January he said he would require no money down, but then a few days later he demanded 60% of the money. As the project progress, he did not provide the recess lights or fan for the addition , so I purchased separately in addition to the 13500 and he did not give us credit. The understanding was that he would finish in 3 weeks, as of today April 29 he has not finished. He came up with all kinds of excuses, the rain, the snow, all workers leaving El Paso to go to Midland. Then, half way through the project in March he said that he needed 20% more, and that his sheet rock crew was asking for more money and he wanted to up the price. He up the price to 15000 after collecting 14000 and he still would not come and finish the work. I called one afternoon and messged him, as he had not responded to multiple texts and calls from my husband. He called me and in a machista way started insulting me, stating that if my husband had not taught me manners or how to respect a man. That I had no reason to call him. "hello the man , took our money and disappeared"..... I had to call the police for him to stop. Please don't use him, spare yourself the aggravation. Most his workers are from Juarez. He tries to procure materials from Juarez and use them and sell them as their US made equivalents. When he upped the price he collected cash and did not provide an updated contract. He would show up and inspect the house. he made comments about the wives of his clients leaving undergarments out for him to see. The guys is a pervert, if he enters someone's private home and assuming that what is left out in the home was for him to assume its a message for him. The work that he did , when they tore up the walls all debries were left on the grass and landscape. All the sheet rock and paint was splatter into adjacent structures and not cleaned. do not use this company.

He does good work. He guarantees his work and there is no timeline for it. If there are any issues, he would come over and fix it.

This contractor is very misleading, he will tell you everything you want to hear. He would take his workers away from our remodeling site to another job and would tell us that he gave them a day off to get some rest because they had been working very hard at our site. When his workers returned to our site they told us they were ordered to report to another job site. He committed to finish the job in two weeks and took 5 weeks to "complete". He installed a couple of lights that he left unfinished, we had to contract someone else to fix his work. He also raised a wall and it is crooked, he said he would come back to fix it and never came back. Worst part, he did a complete roof repair which is still under warranty, being that it was done a few months ago. We had rain over the past 3 days and had significant leaks, we have tried to contact him to send the roofers to repair and he does not answer. He is very unprofessional and displayed a total lack of experience when doing large remodels.

The guy was professional. The price was medium. He did a great job. They are trustworthy. They addressed my questions very well.
